Be careful with using the pallets in your pond. I’ve been told that a good amount of pallets are pre-treated with chemicals to prevent rot and fire retardants. There’s usually some sort of lettering that identifies if they’ve been treated. I would definitely look into it before you use them in the pond.
Daniel and Dejay since you could finish out the garage into a game room- bunk room you could make the washer and dryer out there and you could use the other space for a pantry. Yes I know this is extra money but it could be doable. Take care.

I'm not being ugly but that house isn't very attractive on the outside. It looks like a warehouse. With that , the very strange laundry room, adding some landscaping and the cost of renovating the garage I think you would end up having more in it than it's worth. Just my two cents...

Best fish structure is a concrete block set on cardboard, get you some bamboo cane, cut it however tall you want it, mix some quick crete to pour into the two big holes and add your cane. When done some of mine are 7ft tall and 7 ft wide.

I really like the idea of turning the garage into a bunkhouse game room. When our kids were smaller we always looked for a family friendly, keep the kids entertained 19:42 type house. You could move the washer, dryer out into the garage area.
Inspector time on the house. Washer and dryer stackable will fit in there. It's an ABB rental. People will not be staying longer than 2-3 weeks. Good luck with your new adventure.
Just ordered several packages of pecans. Will be a surprise for my hubby. We used to get Zip locked packages from one of my parent's neighbors who had a lot of trees. We'd keep them in the freezer so we wouldn't eat them all at once. I do miss Oklahoma pecans!
Great video. About the BNB you looked at. I like it. The washer and dryer situation is set up for stack able. From what I noticed, power source for both are side by side and you will have to cut hole for vent pipe for dryer. The stack able will fit dimensions but are expensive.

I wouldn't necessarily make the garage a game room either. Most people that have a rental that have garages want a place for their cars. Just info picked up from my realtor landlord. I know that DeeJay is diligent about researching, but there is lots of legality issues with having/preparing property for an AirBNB or just straight rental. We had quite a contract to read, agree to and sign when we rented in TN. Also quite the cleanup and prep work to do between quests. One property we were in the family had to called to give us the code to locked door bc something went wrong that we had to fix. They also at control through their phone of some of the HVAC. We had to take inventory when we first got there of anything that appeared out of place, worn, torn or broken, so not to be charged for damages. We actually felt we left the 7 bedroom house cleaner than we found it. Much responsibility goes into renting out property, on a weekly rotating basis. Appreciate your family and all you share. If you're using it for a rental, you could put a Heavy Duty stackable washer dryer combination in that spot. You can wash and dry as much as a bigger capacity set. I have one, and it works. I can wash quilts and lots of things in mine. Works for us. Just a suggestion 😊❤ But DJ doesn't look too happy with this house 😢🎉🎉❤
