Can you help, mine is the same model as shown in the video and the needle doesn't pick the thread up from the bobbin. Be great to get your advice please.
If you make sure the needle is in correctly and threaded from left to right. Hold the needle thread taught while you bring the wheel towards you so it will pick the bobbin thread up. If you are struggling I’m happy for you to send a video and I will try and advise further
If you make sure your thread take up is right at the top and your threads from your needle and bobbin are under the foot and towards the back. Let me know how you get on, if you are still having issues let’s see if we can work it out
I have a little check list when I have this issue, - Have you changed your needle? - Are you using cheap thread? - Are you threading from left to right? - Have you unthreaded the machine and rethreaded? - Is the thread in the bobbin the same type of thread on the spool? - Rewind the bobbin. - At the top of the machine you can miss a loop on the silver tension guide. - Tweek the tension dial slightly if the thread is not running smoothly. - Tweek the bobbin case screw slightly if it is not running smoothly. Have a run through of this, if you need any further help just email me on hello@sewcial.co.uk
I can’t really advise, however I used Schmetz and they have a guide you can check out on this page www.sailrite.com/Thread-and-Needle-Recommendation-Guide

Hi when filling my bobbin on my b755 mkt2 can i stop the needle from going up and down
It won’t, best option is to have your bobbin filler engaged whilst sewing then it will fill up as you are sewing
