    That picture of you at tge beginning if the video👍 Lean and cut...very noticeable above-average muscle size and tone all-around but not(too) bulky...from a viewer's perspective that's right in my happy zone👍

    You are a beast when it comes to functional strength, flexibility and mobility. You are not a typical body builder with just big muscles. Were you into gymnastics before you started body building? Would like to know your fundamental skill that translates into every move of yours ?     A. I do not bend that way
    B. I can tell just by looking that one minute is a lot more than 60 seconds.
    C. I can do those 10s rest exercises

    Oh flutters, okay i might not complete the 50 second but 1 day at a time. Okay can't split my legs like that... oh come on the flutters really mislead me lol.

      @@littletfitness I tried this last night before my cardio, I refused to do the modified V because I was self conscious about spreading, I was thinking no Diddy so I kept my legs in, by the 4th exercise circuit, I was failing 35 seconds in, plank gave me some time to recover for the 6th exercise.. which my body gave out about 30 seconds in. Obv i didnt quit, i just stopped going consecutively for 50 seconds, paused, and got back to it ASAP

    I never understood the point of a plank. Only thing it does best is make u better at....planking
    Anything else and it fails in comparison with other exercises for abs which are full rom

      perhaps read more about planks - one the best body weight exercises to keep in your routine

      @@littletfitness instead of telling me to read (which i do a lot for past 25yrs) perhaps could have explained what planks achieve (except being good in planking) what other squeeze and stretch full rom abb exercises dont?

    Made it through round 1 and then I completely failed... Goals! But I did lift my chest to take a picture of my abs and found the skittle I lost last night while watching a movie! You win some, you lose some 🥲
