nobody teach you in college you come home again and again from college to learn skills when i am looking college i have same prespective as you but know it change if you have time and confortable then you learn otherwise not i am also looking college for my brother college nearer to us
in this case check placements comfortableness for travelling etc then take decission which better for you one main thing as no. of e increases difficulty of branch also increases

nit bhopal is also good but other branches than cse your work load is high as you do coding with your branch study means you need to work hard when you come to nit allahabad because packages depends on skills
i have no idea about civil branch even cse too because we only pass first year of college i think you understand i do not want to share wrong information to you because career is very important
