I love the 3rd segment, recalled watching it before...Brother Cat "knows" his stuff, wish more people share his concept in food culture, we can all be healthier...Re the host, I recall he seemed healthier when he first started this channel but in the past 3 yrs, always seem like he is under the weather/(Pei Lo a bit)...wish him well, take a vacation and do some serious "detox" on the liver, kidney and of course large intestine....who knows, in this line of work, parasites can be common...
