you already assigned ip's ( default gateway) to g/0/0/0.1 interface where you wrote ip address will nor be configured because you (no shutdown) the port , on the other side when you again assigned the ip's to g/0/0/0.1 interface you didnot (no shutdown) you simply exit this is the issue
Hello , how i can isolate every vlan so they cant ping eachother ? , i reached what you have done in the last , but when pc is taking ip from dhcp vlan 10 10.0.0.2 it can ping 20.0.0.1 . anyidea why?

Sure ... You can have a dedicated DHCP server ...but incase a dedicated server is not available or affordable we can go for router as DHCP server

For intervlan communication you should enable routing
did you get the answer for this?
why you used ip address with/24?
Not any specific reason , you can use other subnet mask

I think subnet mask is wrong because this ip is class a and class A default subnet is 255.0.0.0
that is default subnet mask ! but you can use /24 subnet mask for class A
