One thing I hate about riding with gas bikes is open fire roads everyone likes to full throttle but that’s the biggest battery killer going up hill @ 30-40mph

How much cooler (about) does the 64tooth sprocket keep the motor? Also, what temperature do you start thermal throttling at to avoid motor damage?
There are many factors that would dictate how much cooler, but it reduces the load on the motor which decreases the current needs to spin the motor. The decrease in current lowers head exponentially. Thermal throttle starts at 145 Celsius.
Vonkat or Fox shock?
Does the QR Motor work great with the bac4000 controller or does it need tuning?
Still a bit young to fully say. I haven’t personally had issues but others have.
im worried to modify my surron controller and battery,. I want Lots of range and reliability. I should stick to stock right?
I heard people melting their motors once upgrading. You cannot melt surron motor at full spoeed.
Assuming you are keeping an eye on motor temps, modifying the bike should outright lead to motor failure. Using more power irresponsibly certainly can though.
If you want more range, get a 60ah battery
Ebmx makes a massive 60v63ah battery. Its fitted into the bike with a seat extender.
