This is really a very good arrangement! I've loved this piece all my life, ever since I first heard a young Goran Sollscher perform it on an old cassette tape. I loved it so much that I purchased the guitar score, only to find that it put more strain on the left hand than I was able to accommodate. Not only does it look like your arrangement eliminates most of the difficulty (i.e. the endless bar chords), but the piece takes on a new and interesting charm in the lower key. Thank you for this🙂
This is a beautiful song. Now I can learn it. I’ve been a guitarist since 1974. The first year I picked one up. I am 70 years old. 49 years of playing guitar. I am a solo instrumental guitarist. I’ve been reading music since 1983. But I don’t have the dexterity and the strength in my fingers that I used to have. But I still got it just kind a hard to play Barchords for hours. That’s why I like this version of this song not so many Barchords and makes it a lot easier to ply. There are some three and four. String covering but that’s OK. I’ll make it sure. Thanks for the video. Hope you do more. I love you. You are a very excellent teacher. One of the best on RUclips.
