I would be SHOCKED that Ben Johnson is still the OC for the Detroit Lions next year. I think he's a HOT commodity and his talent as a HEAD coach in the NFL is OBVIOUSLY there. ESPECIALLY coaching the best offense in the NFL this year or one of the top 2 or 3 in the league.
Ben has been extremely picky with HC interviews and offers. He has said he wants competent GM and Owner. I think Ben is rather satisfied being the best OC in the NFL. He isn't in a rush to become a HC like many others. He likes being able to do what he wants and his HC & GM allow him to. He can get pretty, get ugly, get cute and he has their support. Hell he stiffed the Commanders last year for HC. He is happy where he is.
@@KungFuJesus187 COOL, thank you for the insight Mr. Kung Fu Jesus, I am not connected 😉 I don't want him to leave Detroit, that would mess things up. I'm sure they are paying him top $$$ to, probably $1-2 million annually 🤔
i’m still reeling from the Hutch injury. real worst case scenario type stuff. he was going to break records this year. can’t wait for him to be back, guess he’ll have to break them next year.
I've said this years before Mr. Campbell arrived here. The other coaches did not have control of the players let alone the team. The only exception was Wayne Fontes. you would see in games that only certain players really played. Others were just standing around. But there would be no repercussions for the laziness. Week in , week out the same guys not playing hard. Then with the debacle that was Matt Patricia, I could only wonder what the hell the front office was thinking. The Lions needed a coach that commanded respect, had the respect of the guys, control of the team with the ability to bench guys and have a say in the player acquisition. When I heard they hired him, I was now if they get some good front office personnel we have something here. Then they got Brad Holmes. Wow. With the hiring of Arron Glenn and Ben Johnson, I told my friends here we go. Yes they had a rough start with Goff just going through the motions it was not going to be easy. Goff was just retaliating over the trade and shooting himself in the foot. But big D.C. Got him and the rest to buy into his logic and system. They know he has been in their place. He's a person that can understand what these guys go through. Most of all he has gotten every man on that team to play the game of football. No ball hogs, no whinnies, no prima Donna's just a bunch of guys helping each other in any way possible. Everyone blocks. It doesn't matter what your position, you help your teammates. That's because of Dan Campbell.
It is going to be interesting to see if the lions put together a long term of success year after year, i sort of see dan Campbell changing the NFL. Its either correct to take these type of chances on 4th down and fake punts or its not. I think if they sustain success, the NFL will copy, if it ends up not working, nobody might try it like the old days

Dropping gems 🤫
Coach - with the way the team is playing - how about we revisit his idea of getting a live lion on the sidelines !!! lets amp up the home field advantage .
@@bradcrawford1998.. Mannn you gotta stop all that pocket watching
How can you not like this guy?
I love Dan Campbell!
Love coach Campbell
GO LIONS!!!
Dan the man campbell
Dan the Manbell
i’m still reeling from the Hutch injury. real worst case scenario type stuff. he was going to break records this year. can’t wait for him to be back, guess he’ll have to break them next year.
Imagine being the guy who criticizes Dan. Boy Chris Christie, I would have sat that one out.
This man is awesome
Rich, the guest knows you are talking to them, Rich. You don’t have to keep repeating their name, Rich, over and over again, Rich.
This is what a coach is about. Guys love this . Players love it....I'm a former hockey player and wow....if he knew hockey
4:22 Blue collar roots…his dad was a professional baseball player. I mean, I love the Lions and Goff, but that was funny.
This dude pulls no punches.
Wears his emotions on his face.
Nothing to hide unless he's
required to hide it.
I hope they get to the sb this season!
If there was an image of unapologetically authentic in the dictionary... it would be a picture of Dan Campbell
Lol😅
no worries up here bud . buckle up
Montgomery is AP with slightly less speed
Hey coach you wanted a lion in a cage on the side lines that would be so cool to make it Hutch in a cage 😅
Yooo that is crazy
Wild
Damn I really thought there would be a mention of when Maxx is coming 😂
Jared finds ways to win plain and simple
Dan is a very smart.
MCDC!!
"Winners always want the ball when the game is on the line."
The Dude abides.
JG is a bay kid 🤘🏽
They can use the cage Dan Campbell wanted to use for a real Lion.
Goated
Got to be a top 3 guy you want to play for.
SB24-2/3by2030!🦁⚒️💙
Jared Goff reminds me more of Peyton Manning for some reason.
He's just cool and accurate
DC is a top man (as is BH)
Dan is the man! However, please Dan, stop going for fake punts on the opponents' 30 yard line! Please 🙏
“Don’t you want to be predictably unpredictable?”
Won the chiefs game but yeah I get it
Dan could run for Mayor of Detroit.
MCDC!
The lions are trying to overtake my home teams allegiance that I have. I look for the lions score before my teams
🦁 LIIIOONNNSS 🦁
7:35 Ayyyyoooooo
Looks like Dan back on that ❄️. It seemed like he was off it for a while. Wishing him nothing but the best
Funny just 4 yrs ago, you had players choosing to retire rather than play for Detroit, it was like Cia agent being assigned to Siberia lol.. Now it's a destination that great players would love to get to.
