You can get a house like that for about $500k- $600,000 in Texas, the state where they live. Although Austin is more than that. My parents have a house in Austin on a private golf course that is bigger than this one and it’s around $700k.

OMG, Noah & Emma have grown SOOOOOO much!! Noah's Mario theme is taking me back to my childhood. I still remember playing Mario w/ my 2 younger brothers on the original Nintendo. I'm showing my age here 😳🤣. So happy for y'all ❤️. The house is stunning & that closet is seriously goals!!! Can't wait to see how y'all end up decorating it. That backyard is perfect for a pool 🏊, too.

beautiful home. Kitchen looks grand, but doesn't appear to have a lot of storage. Love the Island. I hope they have a large pantry, then they don't need much storage. If I knew what I know now when I built. I would have went with smaller bedrooms, big closets with all built ins for all my kids stuff. I'd want a large mudroom with builtins for all our shoes, boots, winter clothing ect, and a large pantry with built ins for organization.
