It's really SO true too. Like at my current place mentally and career wise and physically I'm barely even ready for a relationship at 22, never mind marriage. But everyone has their own path and a lot of people are a lot more ready than most

This video is so real and insightful. I am Jeremy's age and this is how I feel on the subject it feels so good to see someone my age hold the same values and beliefs nowadays. Although I do respect everyone's freedom to to have their own opinions and I love that this world is full of different thoughts and ideas however it just feels good to know you're not alone within your own generation in your own thoughts and ideas marriage is so much more then a "piece of paper" in my opinion and I wish more ppl felt that way. I'm going to send this to my friends and post to my story please continue to make more content like this thank you !
I’m coming into this very late, but I throughly enjoyed this video and felt a bit of inspired with the talk of divorce. I married my wife after only 3 months of dating, though we were close friends for 7 years. We have are celebrating 8 years of marriage tomorrow and now have a 6 year old daughter. Having Christian values definitely helps when things feel overwhelming. It’s cool to see people around the same age have a similar case.

This was a really cool and interesting way to get insight from your partner. I might see if my bf will do it with me - we’ve been dating for 5? years - since I was 19. I saw too many marriages fall apart when they got married before the age of 23 so I swore I wouldn’t get married before then. I’m 24 now and waiting for my bf to get a ring lmao. (Were trying to buy a house first) I grew up Christian as well and I think the marriage idea is one of the reasons (among others) why I didn’t really continue any religious practicing once I turned 18. I want to get married and stay married. I don’t want to divorce people until I find the one. But I also wont keep divorce off the table. I think personally, it has to do with growing up in a really dysfunctional and abusive household caused by my two parents and their refusal to get divorced when it would have made everyone happier - mentally and emotionally. So it comes down to personal ideals and experiences!
