@@carterstanton3540Yeah, to be completely straightforward songs sound horrid if you sing a direct translation. It has no regard for melody, rhythm, syllables, etc.
You got a good voice but you need to put a bit more work on this song. You started with a crackling, stressed voice and by the end it got more and more confident and attune. If you prac5more and redo some section the results will show a much more professional sound.
I hope you're not too disappointed by my criticism and will found the strength needed to work on you skill. Keep going at it!
I think that's intentional, I think this is meant to represent season 1 redeus to season 2 rudeus
@ephydias I'm not 100% sure, but I think the author used vocaloid (Synthesizer V, Solaria) to record vocals for the music. I could be wrong, but on stretched vowels I can hear some familiar electronic noise from the vocaloid

Its good but the original is still better in my opinion.
Translation and singing the translated lyrics into English is not easy, of course the original is better because it has the full lyrics with the full meaning, you try finding other anime English covers songs, they always cut corners by shortening lyrics to fit the music, and sometimes they have to throw away the lyrics with meaning.
