Well a sigil is a symbolic representation of various types of beings demons and magical forces. A pentagram is a sigil for example, as is the chaos sign, sigil means sign actually. That means he represents one those those signs basically. The word "design" is closely related actually, so one could say the I am a sigilite. Just guessing but it's probably something like that.
The Sigilites are the Illuminati.

That's pretty dark and kind of a shitty thing to do. The creature is so horrified by what Malcador has forced him to listen to that he kills himself, yet Malcador pulls the dick move of cloning him, which condemns him to a near eternal mental torment. Not cool, but I suppose it was a necessary evil for Malcador to work at peak efficiency. Damn.

This kind of similar to a bit of an extent to Invoker's secrets in DOTA Dragon's Blood where spoiler, don't read any further if you don't want to know yet for yourself.

What kind of Psyker Plus tier would Malcador rank at in the Assignment page? He is greater then an average Alpha Plus Psyker but he would be behind the Emperor, Magnus, and more definitely the Cacodominus.
Would Malcador be a low-mid stage Beta Plus Psyker?

id imagine he's alpha plus in power, but can go further beyond (heh, ssj3) because he's a perpetual. if he blows a synapse, it will come back stronger a moment later.
Malcador is 2nd only to The Emperor. He sat the throne and held Chaos back just as The Emperor did. The reason why people think Magnus is above Malcador is because Magnus was intended to sit the throne and not be destroyed by it as Malcador was. But Magnus was a Primarch with a Primarch body specifically crafted to be immortal and almost indestructible. Malcador on the other hand had the body of a normal human. Had Malcador had a Primarch body the throne would not have burned him to nothing.
It makes you think, what our politicians know that we do not. They say ignorance is bliss. I bet we don't know how true that is.
I mean this is the man the created the Assassinorum Temples, even after the Big E was very unsure about it. Malcador may as well be Machiavelli, and i think Mach is a loose basis for Malc, oh.

A.) Malcador didn't wait until last minute to exposition all this information at once.
B.) If Malcador and the emperor weren't drowning in secrets.
C.) Actually encouraged humanity to think for themselves and follow their own destiny.
