It's much much more than testosterone levels. Men have bigger hearts and lungs and greater blood volume. They have different physiques - narrower pelvis, longer arms, broader shoulders, just for starters. None of these basic physical features of the male adult body goes away when a man decides he's a woman and starts suppressing testosterone and taking estrogen/progesterone. All of these features contributes toward accounting for the differences between men and women in athletic performance. There's a reason we aren't seeing women who think they are men competing successfully against biological men in sports. Yet that is never mentioned.

Earlier today I saw a story on all the trans who didn’t show up to a competition. I don’t think the female athletes should give up. They are better than that and should keep their sport going.
I want to know the person who actually got people to listen to this in the first place. The first person that got someone to agree that this even remotely made sense and made it an issue. And I want to know who the first person was who lost this argument.

If a Female Athlete's Testosterone exceeds these level SHE would be Disqualified from the Event and possibly from the Sport forever. If high testosterone levels in Females is considered doping and reason for disqualification then why doesn't this not apply to MEN competing in Women's Sports???

This is West Coast primarily, so you may not have heard, but a pro surfing league has chosen to allow trans people into the women's category. It did cause a champion surfer to retire because she would not compete against biological men. Also in California, a trans person qualified for a track event, which meant a girl was displaced. But there were parents who protested, and the trans person withdrew. I don't know if the girl was then able to claim that spot or not.
If we don't speak up,then this will keep going on. Trans Athletes (born male) should not compete against women. Its not a fair competition or sport.

American Sports body is allowing this to happen, its not about fair, its about the TRUTH and REAL WOMEN.
People will stop watching sports that have trans in them, and then that will effect their revenue trying to sell commercial spots. It hurt Bud light and Miller + other, so it will cripple sports too!!!!

This lunacy is beyond disturbing.
This is West Coast primarily, so you may not have heard, but a pro surfing league has chosen to allow trans people into the women's category. It did cause a champion surfer to retire because she would not compete against biological men. Also in California, a trans person qualified for a track event, which meant a girl was displaced. But there were parents who protested, and the trans person withdrew. I don't know if the girl was then able to claim that spot or not.
