A team of Rangers powered by Chrystals must battle the forces of evil to defend the Earth from an evil army called The Malicia. However, when the Red Chrystal calls out to someone who isn't the Red Ranger, things start going awry as others who have tapped into the Morphin Grid begin challenging them.
