⭐️ Paul wrote a Benediction Prayer knowing to only pray, praise and worship the One True God, Yahweh; yet, He prayed and Worshipped to God (Yahweh) as God the Father, God the Son and God the Spirit, because Paul understood all three, Father, Son and Spirit is who the One God, Yahweh is.
📖 II Corinthians 13:14, NKJV: “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.”
⭐️ Jesus Himself Baptize in the name of the One True God Yahweh, who is Father, Son and Spirit.
📖 Jesus said, Matthew 28:19 NKJV, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”

And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
Our connection with God ( as believers in Christ) is difficult to understand without the Holy Spirit living in you. No earthly relationship compares.

I have a question.
If Tertullian was the first on record to used the descriptive word “Trinity,” to describe explicitly to the concept of the Almighty One and Only True God Yahweh, is Father, Son and the Spirit, they are the One and Only True Almighty God, Yahweh.
The word “Trinity” is a word used to describe who the One God is. Tertullian is the first on record to use the word to describe what is actually written is the Bible about God being one in nature and essence who is three in persons.
Your thoughts, is the Trinity more of a descriptive word to describe what the Bible teaches us than its own doctrine?

Exodus 33:20, and John 1:18 - No one has seen God. However, in Genesis 18:1-8, Abraham meets and eats with God in (the flesh) Human form. After God eats with Abraham, in Genesis 18:22-33, they talk at the alter about how many innocent lives are in Sodom and Gomorrah.

In Gen 19:24, God in the Flesh, on earth(who I believe is Christ) calls to God in Heaven ( the Unseen God the Father) to rain down fire from Heaven onto Sodom and Gomorrah.
I believe this is Jesus in the Old Testament. - Your thoughts??

I do agree that the word Trinity is probably not the best because it only emphasizes the “threeness” and not the “oneness”. One theologian I read suggested using “Tri-unity” instead.
As far as the pre-incarnate appearances of Christ, I don’t see an issue with that, but as it is not explicitly said that is what is going on, that we wouldn’t want to be dogmatic about it. It is something over which sincere brothers and sisters can disagree. 🙏🙌🏻
✝️ 📝NOTE: An African man know as Tertullian, his full name, Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus was an early Church Father, Christian author and theologian from Carthage (modern-day Tunisia) an important center of early Christianity, and Tertullian is often regarded as one of the most prominent Christian thinkers from Africa. He lived (155 AD-240 AD) which is over a 100 years before the Counsel of Nicaea.

Before Tertullian, there were hints and rudimentary discussions about the nature of God and the relationship between the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but these were not as explicitly formulated as Tertullian's doctrine. For example:
- Justin Martyr (c. 100-165 AD): Justin Martyr, an earlier Church Father, wrote about the Logos (Word) and its relationship to God, which later contributed to the development of Trinitarian doctrine. However, his concept was less defined compared to Tertullian’s work.
- Irenaeus of Lyons (c. 130-200 AD): Irenaeus discussed the Father, Son, and Spirit in terms of their roles in creation and salvation, which laid the groundwork for later Trinitarian theology.

⭐️The Holy Spirit is God, He is referred to in the Bible as a person and Living Water. While God created existence, God Spirit Hovered over the earth. God is with us; it’s His Spirit:
📖Genesis 1:1-2, the Spirit of God. Hovered the Earth while God is in Heaven.
📖John 16:13 NKJV, “However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.“
📖John 14:26 NKJV, “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.”
📖 2 Samuel 23:2-3, “The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, And His word was on my tongue. The God of Israel said, The Rock of Israel spoke to me: ‘He who rules over men must be just, Ruling in the fear of God.”

✝️ God the Father makes us aware Jesus is God, Jesus is not an Angel.
Per God the Father:
- Jesus like the Father is God .
- Jesus is an Eternal.
- Jesus is not a Prophet
- Jesus is not an Angel.

📖 Hebrews 1:5-12 NKJV, “For to which of the angels did He ever say: “You are My Son, Today I have begotten You”? And again: “I will be to Him a Father, And He shall be to Me a Son”? But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: “Let all the angels of God worship Him.” And of the angels He says: “Who makes His angels spirits And His ministers a flame of fire.” 💡But to the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. I would mention that one of the messianic prophecies (Deut 18:15) does indicate that the Messiah would be a prophet like Moses. In His human nature He is considered to fulfill all of the offices of Prophet, Priest and King. 🙏🙌🏻-Jim
