Iowa 🌽 finally got their long deserved cup race and it put on a fantastic show. Iowa 🌽 should be a permanent stop on the cup schedule. Swap out ARCA for Trucks and it would make for a perfect weekend.

On that Caution Chase Briscoe was shown as the first car one lap down. Before the restart the leader and some more lap down cars came driving by and Briscoe found himself down to the 8th car 1 lap down. There was some question on how that happened.

I have serious concerns about the tracks future. The half a$$ed repave, half a$$ed drywall work. Signs of a monetary commitment and money issues in general.
They did claim it was a time issue because they couldn’t repave it over the winter. Hopefully they go on to do a full repave over the rest of the summer & if they do, hopefully it doesn’t ruin the racing that we got. If it’s not repaved by next year I think your comment is 100% spot on though
