    What if you was out of state for a lengthy period of time mortgage company knew & was aware they say they sent one notice i didn’t receive or see it

    I own investment property in Dallas and live in North Carolina. Should I receive notification mailed to me in North Carolina or notice only on the property?

      I believe the county would use the mailing address mentioned on the deed, or whatever address you have provided to the county clerk.
