When u said you ran to the exam and couldn’t concentrate for the first 30mins wow I felt that. Literally same thing happened for one of my finals and it was horrible lol
hi, I don’t know if this tip will be helpful for anyone but I still want to share. If you’re someone like me who can only seem to be productive and do work at night (from 11pm-6am), you will definitely be relying on caffeine to help you stay awake. If you’re drinking energy drinks have ones without any sugar, and if you like coffee have it without sugar as well. If you know you need to start studying at around 11pm have your drink at 6pm because I found that by the time 11pm comes you’ll be energised. Drinking caffeine with no sugar also prevents you from having a sugar crash and wanting to go to sleep. I know that for some people it’s common sense, but I’ve made the mistake of having a red bull(the original one) at like 9pm, having the burst of energy and then crashing all within the space of 2 hours. Then when it comes to doing work, I just want to go sleep. My favourite energy drink that has no sugar in it is Monster Ultra (the white can). This really helps me.
Red Bull and other energy drinks make you more prone to having a heart attack. This stuff also almost killed my father. Please don't drink energy drinks.

@@marygine1620 I calculated in whole day I study for Atleast 11 to 12 hours excluding my classes. Then you have to give more focus on the subject you are weak on. And also give equal time to all the subjects. In my National examination I am going to have physics chemistry and biology. So I try to focus on physics the most. Then always have time to refresh yourself because it's important. And just have 10/10 confidence that you can do it. All The best 👍 I know how difficult it is to become medical student. i don't mean to demotivate the youngsters here, but i just wanna share that 'the most important things' you need to be succeed at "working life" are honesty, good attitude and wide connections. yeah being smart is good but just not enough because once you're into "working life",it's gonna be "mentality war" hehe. so, i hope all students could enjoy their young living and be friends as many as they could. having good friends are more worth than any high exam result eventhough of course students still need to study, but just not too hard
