Difficult circumstances at the moment but I love watching all your videos. Always speak well and you're great to listen too with some extremely useful content. My advice to you is to try and replace the feeling of guilt with remorse, which is something I was told years back. All the best pal.
I believe I was born an addict I use to stand on the street with marbles in my pocket at 8 o’clock in the morning, waiting for everybody to come out then up to the wall with money at age ov 10 the three card brag and betting shops and dog racing at 14 onwards the at alcoholic and drug addiction as well as gambling addiction for 30 more years I’m no 4 years sober and no gambling for about 2 years 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
sincerely you think you are in control at the beginning, when you are winning, everything is great... but when the bad streak comes, it completely ruins you... forget about compulsive gambling high stakes, it's the worst
