    As a Caymanian born native, of mixed race Black, Jamaican & Caymanian heritage, and one who was raised in the USA,... I can appreciate and relate to what my DJ brother is sharing here. I find this so interesting in that many, many of the people, especially from Bluefields and Corn Island, Nicaragua; the Bay Islands (Guanaja, Roatan, Utila) off the north coast of Honduras; the areas surrounding the Panama Canal; the country of Belize, etc., are descendants of either the Cayman Islands or Jamaica &/or have other family or friends that are connected to the Cayman Islands or Jamaica. No matter where you go, your roots is your roots....which is most evident in our religious faith and various forms of Worship (singing from the heart, clapping, rhythm, instruments) to the Almighty GOD, our delicious variety of food, our gospel, reggae and forms of music, our LANGUAGE with its different varied accents,...displaying overall, our unique Island, West Indian CULTURE. Let us all be proud of who we are, where we are from and who the LORD GOD has created us to be....the very "apple of His eye"

      Yes man one day we hope to have a boat transport open up between Jamaica and Bluefields. This would be the start of a beautiful trade exchange the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua once had with Jamaica.. Blessed Love

    Very interesting video. I like the DJ quick history on Nicaragua. I always tell people that Nicaragua is not the stereotypical Latin America country. We're a multi ethnic and multilingual country.

    And the ‘Natives’ of Nicaragua looked like the Rastaman don’t make them think you’re ‘African’ when you’re not. You’re indigenous to the Caribbean! You aint African 🙌🏾

    • @knockout3977
      @knockout3977  5 лет назад +3

      Research The Garifuna and Black Kriol of Nicaragua, they may not be Natives of Central America,but they live here now and have roots in Africa.

    • @MattmanKey84
      @MattmanKey84 4 года назад +1

      Get real, bredren. We're mixed whether you like it or not. Stop stealing Native American identity.
