I used to think soup was broth because I don't think there's a word to distinguish between the two in my first language growing up, so when I saw people making soup this thick, I thought exactly the same. But call it whatever you like, it's more filling :D
How would you make it less thicker and make in a larger quantity eg : crock pot
Lovely. Will definitely make this, though will add more liquid so it is not so thick and use lite coconut milk.
