Kaiju Raid Kaiju No 8 S1 E9 [Veteran Reaction]

This is a reaction to Kaiju No 8 9th episode of the first Season. It is named Raid on Tachikawwa Base. We start with a raid on the base while most people are off duty. A bunch of Wyverns come and bombard the entire base. How will the team handle it?
The fight ensues and Vice Captian Hoshina is taking on another human like kaiju. This is a new one and it is strong. It puts him on the defensive with his regulator on so we follow as he lures it to the training grounds where he can release without worries. On the main battle field the gang is struggling with the wyverns but Kafka lets them know their weakness is their thin backs. So they should work together as pairs to kill them. This shows them that the wyverns are working together somewhat intelligently when they foil the plan. But then Kikoru shows up with a brand new weapon that's as blunt and brute force as she is. She with the help of Reno takes on the wyverns and deals major damage to them. Hoshina has the human kaiju on the ropes and is doing major damage. Just when it looks like he won something surprising happens.
