Sometimes it's tempting to switch things up but that usually just the sake of switching things up because if the system works then that definitely the way to go! Or at least that's my perspective on.

We had our air conditioning on so I was cold inside (because I just run cold) but outside it was in the 90s so I had to lose the hoodie when I would go outside (mainly to walk to go get my kids from school) and it was really hot, especially in the afternoons.
@beautifulmessplans Can't you put the airconditioning on a lower setting? Like cool and not cold. Sounds like you have oven outside and freezer inside. Here in Africa we are eagerly awaiting summer and the heat, 'cause we're só tired of being cold and our winters aren't as cold as yours.
So in theory yes, I could make it warmer in the house but we have our house set at 74 degrees already so the rest of my family probably wouldn't be thrilled with me if I made it hotter in the house. I just run cold in the house all day so I just wear a hoodie around the house so my family isn't miserable because I messed with the temperature in the house. Luckily the temperature has dropped here and we have been able to open up the windows and just enjoy the nicer weather.

You're talking about heat and sweating and looking forward to fall, but you have a top with long sleeves on. I am so confused.
