IRIS GETS YET ANOTHER SHOCK!!!😂 #52 VLOG

COCONUT CURRY:
600-800g Firm TOFU cubed
2 Red onion
200g Mushrooms
200g Green beans
1 Red pepper
1 Yellow pepper
2x400g Canned coconut milk
2Tbls Curry powder
1Tbl Boullion powder
Juice of 1 lime
1Tbls Sunflower seed butter (or nut butter if desired)
Fry tofu (I used coconut oil) until golden, add onion, mushrooms, peppers and green beans fry on high (but not for too long). Add curry powder and bouillon powder - stir through. Add canned coconut milk bring to boil then simmer gently. Finally add the lime juice and seed/nut butter and stir to combine. Add any additional salt or pepper if desired (I didn't). Once curry is of desired consistency - serve! :)
