@sb And you should understand that even so, we can still see what she hits when.... and it's perfectly played. You don't need sound to judge a technical performance on drums. Not to mentions we've also seen her live, and she does play as good.
She makes it look so effortless. She almost looks bored because she makes it look so easy. The footwork is next level.
Exactly what I was thinking. Buddy Rich was probably the first drummer to make extensive use of both feet so I always look for that in top drummer performances. She definitely has the gift and then some.

Well electronic drums take no physical effort really lol You dont have to use power for rimshots, theres more rebound and sensitivity. It would be sad if someone was using effort to play electronics lol
Pretty run of the mill 4 4 time and nothing overly technical to the song. She obviously has some talent but let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves here, we know why 99 percent of people kept watching and it wasn’t the drum skills.

Ive always loved this song. It's crazy to see just how fast her feet are. There is no way I could play that. A job well done.
She uses Double kick mechanism bass pedal for the Bass drum.
Meanwhile Bullet For My Valentine didn't use double kick assistant, purely foot speed.

See your picture pop up often when I'm looking at tunes, finally decided to take a listen and man you "can" play!!! You are extremely attractive and I figured that was the draw, of course it helps, I have to say I am impressed. The fact that you can kick out this piece, keep your composure and nothing falls out of place. Now I am a A-Yeon subscriber, you are a kickass drummer and are absolutely gorgeous. I watch covers to help pick up songs only back about 14 months now after not playing since the mid 90s,...yes I am old. lol.
The same exact thing happened to me. Seen her videos recommended for years and never checked. Well I finally did and subscribed. You'd be surprised to learn (if you haven't already) that she is even better pianist than she is a drummer since that's her first instrument since a young age. The drums she is only playing since 24, and less than a decade. She never imagined playing drums until a need came up to fill in her old band when the band lost both a drummer and a bassist almost at the same time. She just oozes music and I guess she always had an immaculate sense of rhythm and piano kind of requires you to multi-task already (2 hands independently and foot pedals).
I might be the best guitar player/singer ever to not record but you would inspire me beautiful one❤❤❤
