"It keeps on dieing for some reason" ...proceeds to bash it nose first into the concrete.......lol. Thanks for the video. I'm thinking about getting a short course truck and I appreciate the content.
Awesome stuff thanks man!!!👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 skate park RC is soooooooo much fun, just need to find one with no skaters like you did. Someone should open an RC park/track with a skate park section!
the slash is extremely durable, i’ve made over 20m jumps with it. Only things that have broke is some plastic and the gearing (drove over 200km so no wonder why gearing broke)
Finally got to see this video and I got to say it's bad-a**. Would like to see some of your upgraded rc's at the skate park now. I think that would be pretty cool.
Ok I think I'm sold. Been trying to decide btwn this and the Arrma Senton. Don't care that it's 2wd. I have a Losi XX buggy from 94 sitting in the closet. Decided rather than upgrading it, just buying new.
Yeah it’s a good rc with a lot of aftermarket support and relatively cheap replacement parts…..that’s one thing I don’t like about Arrma….their replacement parts are expensive
I’ve done a couple speed runs with my 2wd brushed and on stock gearing I think I pulled 22.4 with the speed gearing it comes with I got 30.3 mph and the best I’ve got it to was 33.7 mph with a smaller pinion but stock spur gear it comes with, I still need to try other combos though because I’m trying to over gear it until the titan motor dies so I can go brushless
I feel like if you had a go pro strapped to your head you would be able to control your car a lot better, the fact you can hold a phone record and drive the car decently is amazing ahahahaha
@@RCKnockout I agree I have a rwd slash with a 5400kv motor and running on 4s ahahah thing is impossible to control because it wheelies at 90 miles a hour
You can absolutely take it out the box and smash on it but if you break it in using the cup of water trick you will have a significantly smoother power delivery and longer life on the motor.
That has very little if any effect. With it being rear wheel drive. The front wheels need to be driven in order to bring the front end back up. With rear wheel drive you have very little control of what the vehicle does once it’s in the air
You say ooh way way to many times!! My opinion but I think the slash 2wd sucks, I had a slash vxl for a week and the transmission broke from the truck rolling over!!
Love seeing the slash drive on the wall. 💯👍🏾
It’s a lot of fun! 👍😊
i guess I am kinda randomly asking but do anybody know a good site to stream new series online?

It wasn’t a very nice day so that’s probably why no one was there lol 😂
Yesssssssss I’m going to take my rc car now to the Skate park
It’s a ton of fun! 👍😊
Could you do a velinion 3s conversion video?? Love these cheap slash vids
Thanks man! You’ll have to stay tuned to see..
Rough landings but held up pretty well
Yeah it definitely held up well!
Did you ever full throttle it on a ramp? I’m thinking about doing that to my slash 4x4 but I might kill it 😰
I don’t think I’ve ever hit any of the skateboard ramps at full throttle. I probably would break something lol 😂

Even the upgraded ones will be broken…rc cars and concrete don’t mix lol 😂. Its fun to go to the skatepark but stuffs gonna break guaranteed

@@tbok75 yeah there’s a lot of them out there…and plenty of aftermarket parts….it is kinda like a Honda Civic I guess lol 😂
Great Job,and fast, die you know the Topspeed.See this Slash for 229 Euro today.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

The reason it keeps shutting off is because the high speed gearing is not for bashing it’s just for speed runs
Very true! I actually geared it even higher than this. Didn’t work very well lol 😂
Skate parks are so fun with rc cars 🚘
Yeah they are for sure!
How on earth are you driving and filming at the same time
Idk…I have the controller in one hand and my phone in the other
This makes me want to pick up a 2wd Slash purely for skate park bashing. That way I won’t have to worry about destroying my more $$ cars.
Makes sense! The parts for the most part are pretty cheap
I feel like if you had a go pro strapped to your head you would be able to control your car a lot better, the fact you can hold a phone record and drive the car decently is amazing ahahahaha
Thanks. Maybe…but there isn’t much control with a 2wd machine once it’s airborne

Do this again with the machine it is today
I definitely should!
@@RCKnockout I followed the entire series and upgraded just like yours an I send it
@@cbossplayz3555 nice man!
Can you do a video with the 2wd brushless and 4x4 brushless on a straight race on concrete, dirt, gravel, sand, asphalt?
Not sure. I very rarely have a second person who can control one of the cars for me. I’m usually out filming by myself
@@RCKnockout oh
Was it easy driving with the camera
I’ve gotten used to it. I wouldn’t say it’s easy though
like his vids. Ive got aslash to their strong.
Yeah they’re pretty solid machines
i took my slash 4x4 ultimate vxl to the skatepark and also the 2wd i love it
Yeah It’s a lot of fun!! 😎
@@RCKnockout skateparks are perfect for RC cars

Really wish you filmed the mesh process!!!!! Thumbs up anyways!!
I filmed how to set the gear mesh in another one of my videos
@@RCKnockout oh ya I watched that one
Is your battery plugged in all the way?
Yes
When you bought your slash did you have to break in the motor? Or could you just take off out of the box?
You can take it right outta the box and run it.
You can absolutely take it out the box and smash on it but if you break it in using the cup of water trick you will have a significantly smoother power delivery and longer life on the motor.
Where’s the full throttle jumps?!
I was full throttle! Lol 😂
What’s the high speed gearing bro
I believe it’s 23/86
@@RCKnockout thanks bro gonna do the same on my slash 2wd I got it used for 150$ and it’s slow jajajaa hopefully this makes it a lil faster
@@MyRcGoSlow it should definitely give it 7-8mph more on the top end….off the line it might be a bit more sluggish though
Eh if you were trying to break it just go when place is full, had kid drive one right infront me while I was 12 o’clock on 40lbs downhill bike.
Oh man! What happened?
The thumbnail scares me..
Understandable lol 😂
Sweet I have 2 wd traxxas BigFoot
Traxxas Tough
Nice! 👍
I thought these cars were supposed to be the toughest cars out there.
Yeah it’s pretty durable….it was just the motor that shifted on the hard impact
Seems pretty tough to me. I expected much worse
@@4X4NAV yeah it held up pretty well
When dropping in try giving it gas in the air to avoid nose diving!😊

Don't let CONvid stop you bro😅 go out and enjoy your life.
