Park Bom's father consulted famous university hospital doctors on whether Park Bom would be able to take amphetamine in Korea and was told it was illegal. Park Bom's father is the CEO of a medical treatment company, and he was able to gain information as the executive manager of the alumni associate to a university hospital that he delivers his company goods to. Park Bom's father told this not only to Yang Hyun Suk, but also to the prosecutors. Also, it's been revealed that the amphetamine that was smuggled into Korea was also purchased illegally in the United States. Park Bom's mother received substitute prescriptions for the amphetamine in her place, but amphetamine cannot be prescribed to anyone else even in the States.
