This is so amazing! Me and my boyfriend went to the Sandals in Barbados at the same time as you guys and it was amazing, we had the best time! we're thinking about coming here next August and your video has convinced me! Glad you guys had such a great time you look like really nice people!
The food was fantastic. The bars open a 10 am, and by then people were lined up. Take the dune buggies to the volcano and mud baths. The service was so overwhelming, I felt a little guilty having people wait on me.

I am from st.Lucia and I’ll tell you the drive from that airport isn’t 2hr ....1hr max. It takes 1hr and 45 to drive from end to end of the island so that just be. They messed you up on that one but at lucia is a nice place. I will tell you that st lucians hate the drive because we live on the island I hate the drive myself it’s the worse but for a tourist you see a lot and you’d stop lots of places.

Lexie Louque - If you can afford it? Absolutely but that’s the problem...it’s pricey. When we went it was about $250 a person one way (approximately). That’s why we took it just on the way there. If I had a limited budget and could only go one way, I’d take the flight from the airport to the resort. You’ll be excited to get there and check everything out. On the way back to the airport you can take a nice slow drive through the countryside
That's an interesting theory! I know that we were very pleased with the airfare to/from the Island. We will say that it is a bit of a trek - 3 hours - from Miami but it was WORTH it! :). From Hewanorrow Airport to Sandals Grande is almost 2 hours and yes I'm a Lucian.

The packages by the cruise lines absolutely hide the limited costs of just flying in.

Did you land on the resort or near by?
Masa Taome - Yes, about a five minute van ride from the resort
Masa Taome - When we took the helicopter ride it was expensive. About $225 (US) a person one way
