Okay, this video I commented on has the link to an apk file of the play store installation. To install on your android, just click on the link in the description and it will begin downloading. Next, copy and send the apk file to your device plugged into your computer with a USB cord. Afterwards, go to "My Files" on your device, and look for "play store installer"( versions vary based on region). Tap the installer and there will be a pop up asking what manager of installation to use, use android installer and the play store version will start the install wizard. Finally, your play store icon will return to its origional factory settings. If you need anymore help, feel free to ask. :)

Shouldn't matter. Once you install the store, any version, and you use Play Store to make sure Play Services is installed/updated Play Store will update itself to the latest version in it's own time.

The version in that linked site is way outdated. Version as of now is 5.0.38.
Need to keep your versions updated.
