Day 2 done for me! When I said my first It's safe for me to let go, I felt tears in my eyes. I've been to a lot of pain and I had to finally let it go. Let go the tension and those blocks.. let go all the pain from my heart and mo body. Thank you so much! ❤

Was waiting for 7 am since I opened eyes at 5 am. Jumped on completing the Release session before I head out in the city for work meetings. Never was so motivated to squeeze in 20 min of Yoga within morning-getting-ready time :).
Day 2 ☑ Did this before going to bed as I've been sleeping badly lately due to stress. I feel so relaxed now tho both my mind and body. Feeling ready to cuddle with my bed now and get a good quality sleep that my body needs. 🙏🏼 Looking so forward for tomorrow's flow 🥺🥺💕

I believe, doing these flows as first thing in the morning would change my sense about the day ahead of me and todays theme is letting go, I will try to remind it myself all day... Day 2 ✔ It's been a really stressful and draining couple of weeks because of uni and I'm glad I still managed to squeeze in 20 minutes for this routine. I felt myself being reminded to not be so hard on myself and it's okay to take a breather once in a while.
I meant to do this in the morning but I was called into work and it was quite stressful and the intention I set was to let go of the stress I felt from work. I'm so happy that I made it on to the mat even though it's about 10pm here. I absolutely feel the difference!
I have loved this, I have let go of my busy week and I’m ready for the weekend. I have loved the mantra during the session. Thank you 😊 can’t wait for tomorrow

Okay I need to share what happened to me. But firstly let me say that I am so so happy that I found Danny and Jen ♥️ They both are such incredible Souls ✨ God bless them. But coming back to my experience… I felt really stuck and stiff and blah in general recently so I decided to hop on yoga mat. Right after I opened my hips (day one video) I started crying, but surely it wasn’t pretty-crying, if you know what I’m saying. I didn’t stop. I sobbed until the end of the video. Then, without even thinking about it, I started shaking off something from my body like I wanted to clean my clothes? More tears. I sat still for a while and started hugging myself. I got so peaceful. I lighted up some palo santo and jumped into the day two video. And in that one I couldn’t stop giggling. I seriously haven’t felt so crazy and hysterical and calm and the same time 😭 Now I feel so much lighter and relaxed. Thank you once again for what you’re doing. You’re an amazing Being ❤
I’ll try to keep this mantra with me for life because it’s so much needed. There are so many feelings that I’ve been holding on to which don’t serve me, and I’m ready to let go of them. Beautiful stretches with this one! My spine definitely released loudly in the beginning, lol! This was my rest day from the Melissa Commit program and it felt so good. It helped get rid of some anxiety i've been carrying for a few weeks.
