Hi, Thai person here. I can explain some stuff.
Number 18 is a popular Thai folklore involving the ogre looking lady and someone else, I can't quite remember. The island in the background is a very famous part of said folklore. I have personally been to the mainland looking out to the island, very picture-esque.
Number 28, Songkran, is a Thai festival, something to do with culture, where basically people just pelt water at each other.
Number 38, gray gave him a government lottery ticket.
The little hippo is a famous Thai baby hippo named Moo Deng.
Number 67 is another Songkran related festival type thing where you send your little thingy out into water.
Number 78, for your information, is in fact not the hunger games. It is just another lottery.
Number 83, this isnt really an explanation, but it's rather a fun fact. In Thai theaters you have to stand up for the national anthem.

Well another one of these games he plays once again. It's been a legit long while since we last seen it.
Day 768 of asking alex to combine 35 of the worse boards(or the most popular) gray has ever played and combine them into one board, if you choose to do this at the beginning can you make it seem that it is easy but that put a teleporter to teleport gray to the real board also can you make it 10 times more difficult also at the end of the board can you put cat paws that gray has to go through, can you include spike tornados, magnets, windmills, spike strips, explosive rocks, teleporters, no checkpoints, a tornado that has cars, bombs and teleporters, when he dies, he has to go and start from the beginning
