I suggest listening to each daily track and then repeating the ones that resonate with you most as often as possible. The key is repetition, and for it to feel good. That is why I created both subliminal and audible versions of the same topic so that you can listen to the same affirmations in different styles based on your mood☺️ I hope that helps!
