Yes, water with 8 ppm TDS before boiling and 14 ppm TDS after boiling is generally safe to drink, as the TDS levels are very low. But your water is lacking essential minerals, please consult an aquagaurd technician he can advice you better!

You need a RO water purifier buddy, Please dont directly drink the water from the tap, it may result into stones in the body later!
