Everybody hopping in the car going to save pinned-down Michael and killing the guy as he was shooting down Michael's bathroom door was maybe the most epic moment in PUBG history
SlapNDash jeremey cut together a video of upcoming highlight for RTX London, and that was in it. Been waiting to see it in context ever since. The crowd went nuts when it happened haha
That was a legendary save. Michael was like a princess and these guys shot all the enemies like heroes and saved his ass. That was one tense ass moment!
Yeah, if the princess in the castle, captured by the bad guys, also had a machine gun and didn't hesitate to spray fire at her captors. wait, I've seen that. Michael is Princess Leia..!
As someone who has no idea how to play PUBG, I think I enjoy this more than the people who do. Their joy is so earnest at the end I didn't even realize I was smiling until my cheeks started to hurt!
The nightvale city council would like me to remind you that summations and descriptions are highly ill advised regarding nightvale, the lights above the Arby's, the tiered hierarchy of angels, and station management. Please refrain from referencing these things. Please forgive the typos. If you did notice the typos, report to the sheriff's secret police immediately for re-education. You should not be able to see words.
All hail the mighty Glow Cloud! Zexion Cornejo Best point to start is at the beginning. It's sort of a self-contained universe, so the old episodes are as relevant as the new ones.
What are you talking about? After the heroic rescue of Michael, he still gets killed in the end by the big boss, but, as the grand finale, the rest of the Achievement Hunters avenge his death by taking out his killer.
Looks like your time Gitting Gud in Rainbow 6 was put to use in your PUBG Git Gud. I think that 'Breach and Clear' to save Michael was better than any of your plays in Rainbow 6.
I actually thought the same exact thing a couple episodes ago when they got ambushed while looting the shelter and totally kept their cool and killed all the attackers
19:57 I think Michael might have caused those people's death. They probably opened fire, and either moved into another team, or just got killed by another team who heard the shots.
21:55 That is terrifying synchronicity. They have the same amount of bullets in the same kind of gun, shooting the same guy; missing shots at the same time for the same reason, and getting the kill at the same time. THAT is Battle Buddies.
I love how intense these videos get. That was the best one yet. Between the rescue of Michael and then the hit and run. I didn't think it would get better but that final battle was great
Jeremy was sniping at the same time as Ryan, but the vid editor accidentally shown Ryan's screen on both sides instead of Jeremy and Ryan. either way i'm happy battle buddies is a thing. Ryan and Jeremy are both pretty good at games, so it gives us a good team for coop games that are more focused on fighting as Play Pals are more casual games.
So that's what happened, I saw the side by side view and saw the same person getting shot and then it cut to both of them being dead. I was like how'd they kill the other guy when they were shooting the same one.
They've mentioned it a few times, in Off Topic. I can't remember exactly, they either said they were already planning on it or they couldn't for some reason. Sorry. Super helpful, I know.
I have rewatched this git gud many times and still cant believe the rescue of Michael is as successful as it is, but man that should have been animated honestly
Man that moment at the end was some seirously good teamwork! making sure he was suppressed and pinned down with two of you spliting up and flanking his position to then suppress him to your other teamate so he could kill him! Seriously nice work! that's some absoutly TOP teamwork! good communication!
Wow, that was an impressive game and use of teamwork. The timing of the Michael save, the same time kills, and great flanking on last player, well done sirs!
That saving private Ryan moment near the beginning.... wow, that was honestly amazing, something out of a triple A video game story that just happened by chance
Dude, same. I was scrolling the comments as they kept saying shelter and singing Shelter to myself then saw your comment. 😂 I’m so glad people know that song considering it’s EDM.
Wow... Agro works insanely well for them. This was their best one by far and the last video was awesome. What a great video, again. The content for Git Gud has been awesome. Good work fellas!
seen so many PUBG videos of people who seem to be pro at it. But watching this series makes my stomach turn inside out from nerves and excitement. You guys really GOT GUD, and I love the skill level you are floating around right now. You are good, but still have to put extreme amounts of effort into winning. That is the most enjoyable to watch. How you resqued Michael, how you coordinate together, that fucking impressive sync of Jeremy and Ryan's shots. Highly entertaining!
Will there still be any pub G videos after the get gud? I actually dont mind them. Would love to see get gud in like left 4 dead or (cries cause it will never happen) destiny
As long as PUBg continues getting views it will never fully go away because they actually enjoy it. They will in fact never do Destiny because half the room actively hates the PvP and the other half doesn't care about it
LordRegal94 all four of them as survivors against a random player or they take turns as the killer against random survivors. I would like to see that, heck could have been a thing last month.
I'll be damned. I honestly did not see them "gitting gud" at PUBG, but this episode is the epitome of them gitting gud. They communicated well, they used cover effectively, they weren't out in the open for seemingly no reason, when they saw people, they took the time to line up a shot, they actually had a respectable amount of kills. Good job AH, this series is absolutely phenomenal.
That Saving Private Michael moment was friggin amazing
Roby Joseph one of the best moments in any git gud so far it was amazing and Michaels first kill destroyed that guy
I feel like they're actually getting gud in the series they try
and I'm really here for it
New tshirt
And Tom Hanks didn't even have to die :P
Cue RvB warthog music
Everybody hopping in the car going to save pinned-down Michael and killing the guy as he was shooting down Michael's bathroom door was maybe the most epic moment in PUBG history
The thing is, PUBG is such a popular game because such epic moments happen all the time. It's amazing.
Someone needs to add the warthog music over that part. Please.
Should make it an AH animated!
that was really exciting! it was like a movie setup or something
ZHL242 saving private mikey
SAVING PRIVATE MICHAEL
Robin R. J. They need to animate that!
Everyone playing the rvb warthog music in their head
Cortex _ I have the RVB Warthog music as my wake up call every morning. Best way to start the day!
Got to be in WW2 clothes too--especially as Michael had a Tommy Gun. :D
Saving Michael's privates.
That rescue of Michael was so fucking cinematic
SlapNDash AH animation of the rescue or riot!!!
YES!
Michael in the bathroom?
Yee was awesome!
That was one tense ass moment!
lol
T-REXPRO he was one bad ass princess tho
T-REXPRO I'm sure you like tense ass moments.
Yeah, if the princess in the castle, captured by the bad guys, also had a machine gun and didn't hesitate to spray fire at her captors. wait, I've seen that. Michael is Princess Leia..!
"I used to hear a car and hide. Now I want to kill." One of the surest signs they got gud.
Whemever i hear a car i want to kill but im not good
As someone who has no idea how to play PUBG, I think I enjoy this more than the people who do. Their joy is so earnest at the end I didn't even realize I was smiling until my cheeks started to hurt!
That rescue of Michael was just amazing. Such great team work
They HAVE to animate the sequence where Michael gets rescued.... :D
CapeMike it’s usually fans that send in animations so hopefully one of the animators sees this and gets on it
3:38 That was the single most accurate description of "Welcome To Nightvale" I've ever heard. Thank you Geoff
Christopher Simons I'm using that summation to recommend it to my brother.
Christopher Simons So is there a order you need to listen to Nightvale? Because I'm interested in it
I'm sure you can find a "What to watch, what to skip" list on reddit somewhere. More likely, on Tumblr
All hail the mighty Glow Cloud!
Zexion Cornejo Best point to start is at the beginning. It's sort of a self-contained universe, so the old episodes are as relevant as the new ones.
When it was three v one.... I was almost certain they were all gonna get killed
to be fair, that guy had a mini and lvl3 helmet and west, he stood a decent chance
Yeah.. that and.. you know..... he's playing against a team with Geoff. XD
Don't worry, Geoff did his best to die at the end
I was screaming in my head for Geoff to heal himself up at the end, lol.
I would have thought that too if not for the title and build up on off topic
Highlights of the episode:
Michael's rescue 6:11
Ryan and Jeremy in perfect sync 21:56
Final battle 28:31
This is the best PUBG video I've ever seen.
have a great day
Well.... they weren’t in sync it was just Ryan’s screen twice
I guess so. Not sure why the editor put Jeremy's name up there and did a split screen.
Theophilus That sync shot was Ryan on both screens. Both say AhhhhBees at the bottom
EDIT: Ok someone said that already
Fuck, if Michael only survived that would have been the perfect match.
ya, that was so stupid he's like looking into the blue and out in the open.. i was FUCKING LIVID!!!
He's definitely not the most graceful under pressure.
What are you talking about? After the heroic rescue of Michael, he still gets killed in the end by the big boss, but, as the grand finale, the rest of the Achievement Hunters avenge his death by taking out his killer.
Him and his wife.
Hey, he panicked. It's no big deal.
you guys really did get gud
Calum Milligan pfft it's git Gud pleb, (insert other noobish comments here).
Except Geoff
CrazyEights88 ikr
Don't retire from PUBG, they are my favorite videos of yours.
They're retiring from Git Gud: PUBG and are moving on to a new game. They'll continue to play PUBG for regular Let's Plays or Streams
Son of Light they better because these videos are fantastic! They're the first ones I've seen and the reason I subscribed
In the beginning when they all went back to save Michael was the best thing ever ahhah~ Made me feel all warm inside for some reason
Melonbread / メロンパン they will risk losing just to save one of their own as seen in the Dead by Daylight videos and various other examples.
They possibly can't get any gudder than the last time
EDIT: I stand corrected
luke hazard well...
Did those words taste good?
Haha, to be fair, I was thinking the exact same thing at the start of the video.
This should of been called git gud: saving private michael
That saving Michael moment was honestly so exciting I was just pacing around my house
19:57
I think Michael might have caused those people's death. They probably opened fire, and either moved into another team, or just got killed by another team who heard the shots.
A rescue mission and a three person win? They dun gitted gud
saving private Michael!
Duuude, them rolling up just as the door is shot down and then the team saving michael was like something out of a movie
i️ really hope they animate that saving michael moment. it would be beautiful
Dashaun Johnson that. Must. Happen.
21:55 That is terrifying synchronicity. They have the same amount of bullets in the same kind of gun, shooting the same guy; missing shots at the same time for the same reason, and getting the kill at the same time.
THAT is Battle Buddies.
6:34 Ryan: "Let's go save him!"
And so, one of the greatest and noblest moments in AH history began.
Anyone else at the beginning yelling at the screen for Geoff to reload is guns?
Yep, and also when Michael was in the bathroom: "You have UMP on you!!". I love this! :D
yeah that UMP moment was hard to watch. "all i have is 13 bullets" WHAT ABOUT YOUR 100+ 9mm for your UMP????
UMP's aren't as good when the enemy has one of the stronger rifles. Rifles win every time.
Son of Light not the point, he had another gun with full ammo.
Son of Light would you rather fight a rifle with an empty Tommy or a full UMP?
Wow, you could not SCRIPT a more tense sequence than Michael's bathroom ambush, that was fucking awesome!
I love how intense these videos get. That was the best one yet. Between the rescue of Michael and then the hit and run. I didn't think it would get better but that final battle was great
At first I thought Battle Buddies was just a cheap imitation of Play Pals. The synchronized sniping has proven it was all worth something.
Battle buddies was literally "Everyone else has left the office for various reasons, we still need to film shit though".
"Accidently"... I love them but things like that happened before
ALL HAIL THE GLOW CLOUD!
Jack Lobrano All HAIL
my computer seems to smell like vanilla, odd
Common, man. You know how difficult it was to get that lion carcass off of the ice cream shop?
All hail Plankton
Jack Lobrano ALL HAIL
I mean.. I know it's highly unlikely, but I'd really want to see more The Last of Us multiplayer. Teamworking and shit. Superfun to watch!
They've mentioned it a few times, in Off Topic. I can't remember exactly, they either said they were already planning on it or they couldn't for some reason.
Sorry. Super helpful, I know.
They're planning on making more "Last of Gus" where Gus plays The Last of Us with them
They were already good at Last of Us so a Git Gud would be someone pointless would it not?
It is the next game in Roulet'splay, I believe. So looking forward to seeing them play it again. Is one of my favorite videos.
There's the "Last of Gus" from lets play roulette. Other than that, no idea how much more of it we have.
This is one of the videos I'll always go back to, just to watch the first 15 minutes or so
They've actually done a damn fine job at getting gud
Geoff running past the shelter entrance in the beginning really killed me
isn't the splitscreen at 22:00 just Ryan on both sides?
Yeah, I think so.
Its still Ryan. You can see at the bottom of the screen it says Ryans name in game on both.
The ammo count is the same though
it was showing Ryan's gun on both, Jeremy had a different gun and you can see it in the next shot
yeah someone fucked up editing that.
I like the split screen idea though
This has quickly become my favorite thing you guys do, please don't stop!!
'You might be thinking, 'Didn't you already get good?' but you can always get better!'
*Finale*
I have rewatched this git gud many times and still cant believe the rescue of Michael is as successful as it is, but man that should have been animated honestly
love how jeremy misses the guy on the hill at 2:32
Man that moment at the end was some seirously good teamwork! making sure he was suppressed and pinned down with two of you spliting up and flanking his position to then suppress him to your other teamate so he could kill him! Seriously nice work! that's some absoutly TOP teamwork! good communication!
Anyone else see that random player at 2:34 on Jeremy's right? XD
Wow, nice catch
Lol came to the comments to see if anyone else did
Also came to see if anyone else had found. Thankfully that didn't go south
I don't see anybody...?
Matthew Reynolds up on the hill for a split second
Please never stop making PUBG videos! Love it!
They should have called this episode "Saving Private Michael"
Wow, that was an impressive game and use of teamwork. The timing of the Michael save, the same time kills, and great flanking on last player, well done sirs!
I hope the Michael rescue is on the animation to-do list
Out of the full series... this was one of the best ones yet... applauds the boys
The most getting good that happened this series was Geoff at the end switching from full auto at long range, to semi auto.
That flanking teamwork at the end was so good that I even clapped in excitement for the win!! Great job boys!
THEY GOT FUCKING GOOD!!!!!
That saving private Ryan moment near the beginning.... wow, that was honestly amazing, something out of a triple A video game story that just happened by chance
The entire discussion about the Shelter I was thinking of Porter Robinson
I was thinking Captain Morgan, Ginger ale, and lime.
Yeah, especially since they mentioned a song
Fuck. Why'd you bring that up. My feels.
Ahhhhh that song still gives me the feels
Dude, same. I was scrolling the comments as they kept saying shelter and singing Shelter to myself then saw your comment. 😂 I’m so glad people know that song considering it’s EDM.
That rescue of Michael is as great and tense as the one from Human Fall Flat, in which Michael pulls Gavin up while he held on to that beam.
Can Git Gud Overcooked be a thing? I'd love to see you guys go back and beat it
I really loved that game, but it isn't really competitive enough to be a "git gud" series
Wow... Agro works insanely well for them. This was their best one by far and the last video was awesome. What a great video, again. The content for Git Gud has been awesome. Good work fellas!
i want them to play this game with heart rate monitors on. would be cool to see.
"Geoff's" kill had me dying with laughter. I especially loved how Ryan didn't say anything. "I'll let you have this one buddy"
LetsPlay needs to do a Git Gud Sasquatch Hunter!
Hearing them talk about welcome to nightvale was a weird convergence of two things I never thought would go together
More Git Gud in PUBG? Marvelous, this will be fun to watch :3 good luck boyos
Michael with the kills and the team with the heroics
Less than a minute old and it says there are 10 comments already. Y'all work fast.
The rescue Michael mission was so epic! Also accompanied by a nice win!
They should have renamed this video "Let's Play - PUBG: Git Gud #5 - Saving Pvt. Jones(Finale)"
seen so many PUBG videos of people who seem to be pro at it.
This cant be the end, its just gitting gud!
Chandler Frazier i see what u did there now take ur upvote u genius u
this series got me back into this channel after a couple of years its a shame its been so short lived :(
Next on Git Gud: Worms
The Michael save and the tactics throughout especially on the last guy behind the tree, don't think they can get any better haha
This was shorter lived than Andrew's Tenga egg.
Tenga Egg.
Pls Man what a great community we have here
the sad thing is that not many people get that reference
NGF
good times with sudden loud farts from andy
This is now one of my favorite videos yall have made. This was fucking awesome.
Michael makes pretty good bait
Nice Job!!!!! Both wins were exciting all on their own. Great stuff AH!
Hello commenters. Have a good day.
Vagabond _ you too😊
RubricMango6 [insert poorly written triggered comment]
(Don’t worry, I can tell when people are joking)
Good day to you as well.
Thanks! You too!
Vagabond _ thanks so much I hope you have a good day too I have a had a hard week and this made my day 😃
The bathroom rescue of Michael is the most GLORIOUS AH moment ever!
Do it in first person the 3rd person camera makes it much easier
Michael's rescue was nothing short of amazing the timing the execution perfect
Will there still be any pub G videos after the get gud? I actually dont mind them. Would love to see get gud in like left 4 dead or (cries cause it will never happen) destiny
As long as PUBg continues getting views it will never fully go away because they actually enjoy it. They will in fact never do Destiny because half the room actively hates the PvP and the other half doesn't care about it
PUBG will eventually get new maps, and possibly new modes.
And with new maps and modes comes more videos and streams.
This was awesome. I do hope you keep making PUBG videos. I'm not even that big a fan of the game but love watching you guys play it.
Pubg season 2 Git Gud
ZOMBIES !!!!!
that perfect sync at 22 minutes was magical.
ALL HAIL...
That mini rescue op was one of the greatest things I've ever seen from them.
6:12 (ignore this comment this is for me to use later)
God i just need more of this now that they are so good, the gameplay is amazing to watch now that they have confidence in their abilities
Git Gud: Dead by Daylight
LordRegal94 all four of them as survivors against a random player or they take turns as the killer against random survivors. I would like to see that, heck could have been a thing last month.
That’s gotta be the best team play I’ve seen AH do!
Git Gud: Splatoon
I suggested this once and I whole heartedly agree.
Git gud Splatoon 2 should be a thing.
I’m so proud of you guys
The next game should be Uno
Yes or no?
Truly the greatest battlegrounds ever!!! Micheals rescue mission was awesome and the teamwork was perfect!!! Way to go!!!!!
Spoiler Alert: They got gud
The team saving Michael at the last second is one of the best moments in AH history.
Git gud csgo would be sick
Vomit inducing, yes
Nah, they would never even win against hard bots.
Listening to Geoff talk about Welcome to NightVale made me so happy
Git Gud: Ghost Recon, Wildlands PVP
I'll be damned. I honestly did not see them "gitting gud" at PUBG, but this episode is the epitome of them gitting gud. They communicated well, they used cover effectively, they weren't out in the open for seemingly no reason, when they saw people, they took the time to line up a shot, they actually had a respectable amount of kills. Good job AH, this series is absolutely phenomenal.
Except Geoff. Geoff is still fucking terrible and did all those things
next git gud should be battlefront 2 or BF1 :)
They explained why they likely won't do BF1. Even if the squad does well, the team can lose making the whole thing kind of pointless
I love strategy and teamwork based let's plays. this game and rainbow 6 are my favorite videos
