Releasing it with RTX 50 makes a lot of sense! I don't think they will release RTX 50 with GeForce Experience and the ancient Control Panel, only to be replaced weeks later?! That if it didn't actually release (Nvidia App) next month as lots of sources say! But my question now is, can it replace MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner?? because I used them to monitor the GPU/CPU Temps and usage, RAM usage, and of course the FPS, And I would LOVE to remove them for good and keep just one app to do it all, the Nvidia App!
Hey mate, you are right, does make a lot of sense to release then. As of right now, the Nvidia App can monitor FPS, GPU Util, GPU Temp, GPU CLK, GPU PWR, GPU FAN, CPU UTIL, RLAT, and PCL in the overlay. (ALT+R Default shortcut) But its missing RAM, CPU temps, Vram stats etc. Hopefully the full release has more options to monitor PC stats.
@@John_Morrish Thank you so much for the info! Yeah hopefully they add later more stuff to monitor other than just the GPU! I didn't try it yet because I don't like to use beta apps, especially when it's a bit sensitive like this one. But we are almost there! 🙏🏻
i mean, not putting all the feature inside of an app thats supposed to be more user friendly makes some sense. the more setting you make available, the more confuse someone can get. so the more detailed features should be relegated to the old control panel that less user friendly to begin with. if someone isnt confused by the amount of features, theres a high chance the control panel is not confusing to them too. meanwhile, it means the new app can be more simple for anyone else.
Hey mate, good point. It makes sense, the problem is the old NVIDIA control panal and geforce experience are both getting replaced by NVIDIA App. So its how to balance it as you mentioned from a user experience side, how can NVIDIA put every feature into this new app that people want eed without overwhelming the majoirty who dont use specific features or legacy options. Whilst not making it too difficult for those that do use them, to find them still. I also wonder how long NCP will remain once the NVIDIA App is out of Beta.🤔
