Loved the interview, an improvement would be to show examples of the designs she is talking about in the interview. I found myself googling while she was talking about the beautiful things they made
no apologies allowed :) this is maybe a bit more of my opinion but "craft" is seen/felt in the final product. It's all of the little design and execution details that dictate what the end user is experiencing. It's pretty difficult to save "craft" as a checkbox at the end of the process.
