The costume material has got to stand the test of time. Just search for all the Hot Toys figures with deteriorating costumes. Otherwise you have her nailed perfectly. 👍👍
I was just going to get the standard version, but looks like I'll be upgrading to the DX. The diorama base is not too extravagant, and the extra head is irresistible. The headsculpts look great. Don't need rolling eyes. The only thing I'm worried about is the costume fabric.
Oh man! I’m excited for this Catwoman! Everything is looking good! Rolling eyes is cool but I think a second body would be better. Well to me! Please do Devittos Penguin next! He’s way over due! I want to see him in that onesie pj and coat & mayoral suit! With a couple of rocket carrying penguins! lol

All of the sculpts are brilliant, but the expression on head 3 is phenomenal. When it comes to the outfit, the most pertinent issue with synthetic leathers is devulcanization. The polymers in PU leather gradually separate in time (this process is accelerated in areas of higher heat and humidity), which results in the cracking, flaking, splitting, and general disintegration that people are seeing in their Hot Toys figures that utilized PU leather. Unfortunately, without using direct swatches sourced from the same material, determining how the fabric will endure is one of those things that you can only really determine with time. That said, the fabric demoed in this video looks like a 4-way stretch knit - probably a spandex blend, though I'm curious how they got the patent leather sheen if that is the case. In any event, everything is looking extremely compelling at this point, and I'm definitely going to be keeping tabs on this project.
I have Prime 1 Studio statue of this Catwoman and the expression it's perfect! I hope that this expression could have been included in this new JazzInc figure, but it's not. So I think that I will preorder the Battle Damaged Deluxe Edition. I don't like so much the basic version
8:30 I agree with you that I love the more dynamic expressions, and this one is my favorite. The likeness is spot on and you can really have fun with the posing with an expressive sculpt! I just wish they had moving eyes

In terms of what should/shouldn't be in the deluxe or not - in my view the best way to make people happy would be to sell the dioramas separately [and maybe design one that suits the battle-damaged scene more] and the deluxe just means it comes with all the heads. That way people can buy the diorama they want for the figures they want with no potential of having two identical bases in the two-pack or breaking the bank if they want the sculpts but are not diorama people. I AM a diorama person and definately want one, and if you make another diorama to go with the battle-damaged I would likely get the other. But not everyone is like that. Plus you will likely see an uptick in sales of the 3 head figures and the double figure pack if the cost of the diorama wasn't factored in.
Beautiful work. Your approach is so appropo. No figure I can think of needs such personalized attention. MP's body is so specific, and most cheap knockoff figures miss the entire picture there. You guys get it, and this should be a major seller for you! Congrats on such a terrific piece! All versions!
Who would have thunk that a 1/6 vehicle manufacturer would dabble into 1/6 figures? And the results seem to be great as well. I like the approach of including different sculpts in the set. It's more expensive but definitely will give the ultimate collectible for the fans. I hate 80s and 90s Batman movies so this is not my cup of tea but I'm looking forward to future 1/6 figure endeavors from Jazzinc.

Have to be honest Joost ,already preodered the 3rd party version of this that comes with a lounge but very interested in the Dx Bd version with the 3 head sculpts..I know that early preoders are generally cheaper than the later orders ,so this is a very possible order for me when the finished product is presented.!🙂👍

Yes!!! I love the battle damaged ones and i love rooted hair !! ❤ And i love more heads than movable eyes . Movable eyes are just another potential weak point imo ,definitely don’t care for them.😊

Any thoughts of giving us the generator she fries Max on as a display stand. It will really allow you to showcase both pieces.
agreed. i don't love the idea of putting money toward 2 of the same base (or accessories for that matter). i understand logistically why it's simpler to bundle them, but any way we can keep costs down or add value would be appreciated. (that said, i 'm still all in)

Battle Damaged Sculpt 3 is Amazing! My only concern, at this time, is attaining this level of paint app quality during production.
She did make the gritting teeth expression with a clean outfit on. She did it a couple times throughout the movie.
