भारत के पूर्वोत्तर राज्य असम में दशकों से बोडो जनजाती से जुड़ा एक विवादित आंदोलन चलता रहा। इस आंदोलन की ज़द में हजारों लोगों की जाने गई। दर्असल बोडो संगठन काफी लंबे समय से ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी के किनारे से ऊपरी हिस्से पर एक अलग राज्य बोडोलैंड बनाने की मांग करता रहा । बोडो आंदोलन के पीछे ये तर्क दिया जाता रहा कि उनकी ज़मीन पर दूसरे समुदायों की अनाधिकृत मौजूदगी बढ़ती जा रही है जिसकी वजह से उनके प्रभुत्व, क्षेत्र और पहचान को खतरा है। वो सुरक्षित महसूस नहीं करते। इसी वजह से इन उग्र संगठनों ने कई बार हिंसक रूख अख्तियार किया ख़ासकर साल 1980 के बाद बोडो आंदोलन को रोकने के लिए पहले भी प्रयास किए गए लेकिन वे नकाफी निकले। आखिरकार केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह की मौजूदगी में केंद्र सरकार, असम सरकार और बोडो उग्रवादियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने असम समझौते पर हस्‍ताक्षर किया है। इस समझौते के साथ ही बरसों पुराने विवाद और हिंसा के ख़त्म होने की उम्मीद है। इस समझौते से असम की क्षेत्रीय एकता को बरकरार रखते हुए बोड़ो समस्या को सुलझाने का प्रयास किया गया है।

The Bodo accord was signed on 27th January'2020 and it is almost going to complete 30 months and the ABSU has already said that 60% of accord's clauses have been implemented till
now.
But on physical verification, it observed that not a single clause of the accord has been fulfilled.
For example
1) Upendra Nath Brahma Central University to be established at Barama not started.
2) Indira Gandhi Tribal University not started.
3) SAI in 3 districts not started.
4) Regional Medical Science College, Hotel Management Institute are not started.
5) Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya will be started, but it's still coming into being.
6) Organic University at Rowta, Veterinary College at Kumarikata, Paramedical and Nursing College will come in to being, but not started.
7) Assam govt will provincialize Music and Fine Arts at Kokrajhar, but not yet done.
8) Birsa Munda and Swami Vivekabanda centre, Bhupen Hazarija cultural Auditorium not started., Kherai Centre, Gorkha Bhwan is still pending.
9) Bathou Compex at Kumarikata not started.
10) Bodo as Associate language will be accepted by Assam government, but the clauses for being as Associate language infrastructure are not fulfilled by Assam government and therefore, these are also undone.
11) 1500 hundreds of NDFB cadres surrendered all dreaded weapons and their 4 lakh packages have been made payment to 300 hundreds cadres only
and therefore, 80% of cadres are not paid by state gorment.
12) PM Modi sir clearly said that rupees 1500 crores will be disbursed by the centre for infrastructure development of BTC, this amount is also in pending to have received by BTC gorment.
Therefore, it is said that BTR accord is a big lolypop accept change of BTC name to BTR, and how long the Bodo people will have to make in queue ?
The easiest task is to drink water with a bunch of rice and also, the packages committed by centre are also small enough in the lines of Modi sir and still it is so near, but so far.
When do you implement the Bodo accord, Modi sir ?

Entire Brahmaputra Valley was inhabited by Bodo since inception and entire land was the land of Bodo.
But now, the entire picture is completely different and presently, 50%
of Bodo people have conversion into assamasisation and therefore, now
Bodos are minority in their own soil.
On the other hand, due to neglect of government itself and simultaneously due to unawareness of the Bodos, the Bangladeshi Musolman have completely engulfed and encroached the land of the Bodos who now, have become minority in their own land and therefore, some young Bodo boys took the helps of extremists ways to recapture their lost soils and incurred lost of 5000 lives of young Bodo boys during the movements.
Now, the centre headed by Modi sir and Amit sir donot agree in granting consent of separate of Bodoland state on the northern parts of Brahmaputra Valley to the Bodos and instead have declared a lolypop like changing the name of previous BTC in to Bodoland Teritorial Region (NewBTR) and giving some packages in the name of development of BTR.
Will these packages be available in fulfillment the aspirations of the Bodos ?
Will not the Bodos again raise the demand of Bodoland in the absence of packages declared by the centre ?
Will the next generation of the Bodos keep silent unless their aspirations fulfilled ?
Coz, the Bodos have been humiliated for the last 90 years and neglected, deprived, hatred not just by the state gorment and it's office Beurocrats but simultaneously, by Modi sir and Amit sir also, the assurances of whom are solutions beyond permanent development of the Bodos.
Therefore,how long will the Bodos continue in these dirty atmosphere ??????

Ranjan Daimary is still, politically in jail. Still after peace accord, in some districts of Assam, Boro people's houses are being bulldozered since Assam have fear of Boro Indigenous Tribe. Only Boro people in Assam is badly attack politically by Government of Assam, again they are attacking our main think i.e. Boro language education. So, No BOROLAND No Rest. 🙏✌

We're the bodo people want to make develope community.. because in assam the Assames people don't want to see development in bodoland area.. they are always ignoring and neglecting us. They're steeling our history and our culture directly or indirectly. So we're the bodo people demanding from a long period because we want to save and protect our culture language.
