On June 12, 2024, a jury convicted Wade Wilson for the 2019 murders of 35-year-old Kristine Melton and 43-year-old Diane Ruiz. The jury recommended the death penalty for each murder. Melton was discovered dead in her Cape Coral home on October 7, and that same day, Ruiz disappeared while walking to work. Wade Wilson was sentenced to Death by Judge Thompson on August 27th, 2024.

Really really respect & like papa Steve !! Great guy. Where are Candy & the father who raised him? Doesn’t matter how old they are. Where are his sisters? Papa Steve only one I’ve ever seen w Wade.
I have had to turn my son in twice, hardest thing next to sitting across the glass from him and saying “no I won’t post bail” when parents get to this point BELIEVE ME we have been dragged thru so much previous and believe all the lies and trusted in the person… the wounds are so unbelievably deep you have no idea until in our shoes… raised with great parents, other siblings etc and for whatever reason…. Just chose felon life…
I cannot imagine how painful that had to be for you and your family.

I don’t know what that man has been through but he is one stand up man! I have so much respect for him and he reminds me of my Dad that I lost 3 years ago. I hope Steve can get through this pain that Wade caused. Wade is exactly the same here as all of his other calls, even detoxed, and his father crying, Wade is still a monster! Wade chose to do everything he did and whether he gets his sentence dropped to lwop or not, he needs to spend every last breath behind prison walls!
Papa Steve should have jerked Wades ass up a long time ago, after Wade put his hands on Kelly. His adopted parents spoiled him and gave him anything he wanted. It’s a shame he didn’t get to go spend weekends or Summers with his real Father, who is absolutely a great man. I can’t help but wonder what monster Wade is referring to when asking Steve.

Dutyron, great show, can you please do a video and get some experts on to explain to us, the bewildered, why in God's name women would be attracted to a monster like that, he has absolutely no remorse, reminds me of when ted bundy had women throwing themselves at him, chris watts too despite unaliving his pregnant wife and two precious kiddies, women writing to these guys and wanting to marry them ect, it's sickening to be honest but a show about this would be fascinating xx
It women who have no self esteem, want to fix ppl and also women who found a guy who can’t “leave them” “needs them” it literally just feeds a dopamine response and an ego to a female that can’t be social with ppl who have their freedoms…

Steve is a hero.. unlike his son I don’t believe was truly sympathetic. I think he just wanted to get out of that jail and just take a ride.. I think ultimately he could care less about the victims. 😢

I think I'm only five years older than Steve. If I had Wade as my son, I would feel embarrassed that I gave birth to such a monster, not heartbroken. I'd talk to him through anonymous letters or via defense lawyers, not on the phone where it's shown to the world. I would think I'm cursed spiritually because I made his mom pregnant when she was fourteen, and this is my punishment for doing that. I'd educate myself on personality disorders (borderline, NPD, psychopath, sociopath) and research and analyze on how not to have such children.
I don’t remember seeing this video on the dirty laundries. His dad is being a parent. Had a brother who drug my mom through years of his crap. It was sad to see her relief when he died in his sleep. Prayers for Wades parents and the victims. Ed is the best in First Grade!!!

Wade has the mentality of about a 10 year child. He so wanted the relationship with his biological parents. And the drugs just messed him up on top of that childhood trauma. So sad. I feel for his dad. Of course this does not excuse.his behavior of killing people.
I’m in Port Charlotte, Fl. 10-15 mins frm North Port. Know it very well. 🙃 Watched && was on top of BOTH of these cases. With Gabby, Brian.. Etc. and WW, Papa Steve. I hope 🤞🏼 and pray 🙏🏼 both-All of the families find some solace && peace eventually with what all they’ve endured and gone thru, been put thru.. Sooo soo saddening..😭💔🥰

There was a great interview with Steve and Lockdown youtube channel. Really helped get perspective on Steve's role with his son. He was so young when Wade ended up getting adopted as an infant.
I have a lot.of respect for Steve and doing the right thing even though it was heart breaking.
