Left speaker is not working at all (same model ATP3). What is happening, any solution?. Merci beaucoup for your answer.

Hi. This can be a lot of thing. First, check the continuity or the wires for this speaker. The resistance of the speaker. If everyrhing is ok, you have to check the speaker circuit on the mainboard.

@@SJCElectronique Thank you very much for your answer. Yes, indeed, somebody checked the continuity and he told me that "there is not continuity". I assume that the subwoofer is ok , is that correct?, since the right speaker works normally. On the other hand, repairing the left speaker (I assume) would cost about $50 and somebody wants is selling both speakers for $ 24 . Assuming that the subwoofer and the rest of the system is ok, do you think that is better to buy those speakers?. Merci beaucoup pour votre réponse monsieur.

Can you explain in English what was the problem? (I guess it was humming subwoofer)
How did you find the faultily capacitor? Which ones did you replaced?
    Thank you for sharing!

Yes it was a humming sound. By testing them manually with a MESR tester, I found one that was really bad. After changing it, it run perfectly.

@@SJCElectronique Thank you. Since I’m not an electrician, the MESR should show the same value as wrote on the capacitor?

@@moshikobibi583 The MESR meter will tell you the resistance of a Capacitors. In example, it will tell you if a capoacitor is good if it's below XXX microfarad

Hi and welcome on my channel. Most of the time, crackeing sound come from a capacitor at the end of is life. You have to check all capacitors that are near heating sources (transformer, heat sink, etc.). They really don't like the heat.
