Can we use it for hosting using a computer with the same steps?
And for the internet, I'm using my phone's hotspot/ ethernet. What will be the steps?
Probably yes, the steps would be same but the command to install the Apache2 and PHP server will be different and Cloudflare setup will vary depending on what OS you are using on windows. (if you are using Linux most of the steps/commands would be same).
