    Hey Swiftwater - first video I have seen with someone using Sam's DryLander nozzles. I still have my 2" protype I built three years ago. Gave the design and photos to Sam with full permission to build them. I bought a 3" from him two years ago and no problems. My family and friends are all using them, too. Sam has developed the right combo of materials to make a long-lasting, trouble-free nozzle. My son-in-law just received a 4" highbanker/dredge combo from Sam which we will do a "shake down" run this weekend. Like you, I can't say enough good things about Sam's products.

    Thanks guys, got me looking at my 2 1/2 inch nozzle. Will definitely be buying one from Sam this next year. Gonna work the hell out of the prospector's choice one for the next two weeks in Idaho.

    Thanks, very good video. A 6" inch Gold Well sluice is the best and *better ("in every way") than a* Gold Cube, for clean-up of concentrates.

      Everything is illegal in Australia. What they're doing here is eroding the bank - huge environmental fine. Undercutting the bank, another fine. Altering the flow of the water for their sluice, another fine. Artificial obstruction (equipment laying in waterway) another fine. The trick is - buy one or two mufflers off of ebay for kids go karts, bank them if you have to onto your pump. Once she's running quieter than the river noise, go walk somewhere upstream where there's zero chance of being spotted. If you see the po-po cheese it! Losing the gear will cost less than the fines. :P

    Awesome videos Swift. Just a question on pumps and dredging. I have been prospecting for a few years, large sampling and shovel/pick operations. However I recently moved to a new area and dredging would save me much time and effort on the type of ground and gold here.
    My question for you is, do you need a trashpump in order to dredge or can you just use a simple transfer pump.
    Regards.

    ever try putting a 1/4 steel rod across the end of the nozzle? it may eliminate the clogging rocks from going into the nozzle itself....just an idea....saw it in the Bering Sea gold videos

    Hi Scott, Daveo in Laos here. I have a 4" hydroforce. How does the Sam the Foreman 4" nozzle compare?

  • @bonnierobello7598
    @bonnierobello7598 7 лет назад +1

    so did Sam make him that 4" nozzle with the 2" inlet special order. because the only one he has online with a 2" inlet is the 2" or 3" nozzle. but i want a 4". do u think sam can make another.

  • @bonnierobello7598
    @bonnierobello7598 7 лет назад +1

    at the end of the video you mentioned your buddy had a 2" inlet on his 4" nozzle did Sam make that special order. and if so, what is your buddies pumps GPH. my pump puts out about 9500 GPH. is that strong enough for a 4".

    Hey Swiftwater, Great video man, been watching your stuff for a little while now, enjoying watching you work those claims. I particularly love the equipment bids, such as this one. I really like Bens Highbanker dredge, I would love to know more about it,if you guys could get together and work up a video on it also when running a 3" or 4" dredge nozzle what size of pump are you running when it comes to gph and psi. thanks man, really appreciate you guys. you 2 give this broken down old fart some enjoyment.

    all these gas engines guys use are wayyy too loud, it would drive me up a wall hearing that racket...why hasn't someone come up with a long extension on the exhaust pointing straight up???, it would require a tripod to steady the pipe, but what a difference!!! You'll be able to work, think,and hear better.Always a good show here...been watching for a while
