Thank you Stephen, I know somehow you'll get this message. I was part of the group you were in from San Francisco in 1987 when we had an interview with Swami. Still have a picture of you in the ashram. Not a coincidence after all these years to come across this video :-) it confirmed a lot of thoughts for me!!

S: right here my child, i never moved. only you moved your thoughts away from me to yourself as body and to the world. you lost focus of what i came to tell you of yourself.

S: Yes. i was alway here, even when u ignored me, i was there for u. still u never recoginsed me. why?
not sure. jus got drowned in the world
S: Yes sure you did. you only have 2 choices : Me or the world. This Me I speak of is Your Higher Self or your Lower Self. You keep on choosing your Lower self, and hence suffering repeats and continues.
when do i remember, realise, awaken from this ignorance
S: you choose when. Only U can choose your reality.
Is this real?
S: No! As I say to you in one voice always. this role and all roles you play get burnt in the passage of time. none remains. not a single one. U r so caught up in the Role you are wearing, that you cry and fight for it with your life, with all you have . U suffer for this Role, instead of the Role being used by U for the 100 years. This and each Role U play can last only 100 years ONLY.
Even the ones u cry for are only ROLES. U are on the stage of my melodramatic Cosmic drama, and u cry like a baby for the ROLE and ROLES u play among. Do u know that all ROLES around u will perish with time.
Yes. now that yu say SO Swami. I see what i already know. what is already in me.
S: your awareness of the truth is just behind a thin layer of ignorance. U are almost awakened, after many births to know this truth. Yet you donot make the effort to cross over and see the truth.
But the world is so hectic, busy, demanding.
S: Really. It is U who is creating your busyness = business. u are drowning in your own created business. and so u say I amd so busy busy that i have no time to meditate on the truth. who is stopping u. U R. no one is demanding u do bad, sin, murder, spend 20 hours per day sporting thro worldly stuff. do u know all the world stuff u sport thro' will all turn over to the next person, who will pass on to the next, and after a few decades it wil become irrelevant. nothing u do will last for ever. But it is needed in my play. SO I, I come to play each role.
u are a witness, nothing more. u are to witness the lessons in this boat, ROLE u are wearing. play YUR part well, laugh and be detached, see only Me, Me n Me playing with myself in different ROLES.
Yes there is only Me at the end of DAY. playing in different ROLES.
U really donot exist, i.e. the ROLE YOU are PLaying will vanish, be burnt, reduced to ash at some day. U will become nothing one day. Only your Higher Self = Me, lasts for ever.
I donot know what to ask now. ok, how do i deal with my depression, sadness?
S: your sadness is negative energy that u are manifesting in U. which long enough starts creating negative juices in you, which leads to eventual depression. U need to give up heaviness. U need to stop ignorance in its tracks. all actions must be allowed, promoted, followed. done. u cannot block the natural cause of actions, as it all leads to the eventual termination of yours and all roles. U need to see that the ROLE u are playing will end on the PYRE. u lower self has no permanent nature. it will SURELY end
and what do i do bet now and the end of this ROLE
S: play it with full awareness. PLay it with a smile in your Heart. Play it knowing U were the lucky ones, knowing that all this is not true. Yes there are some more skilled-talented-wealthy-gifted than U. but u were given a Specific ROle to play and to experience it's hardships to Learn from this ROLE in this birth. U haev taken many births. 100's some 1000's, some much more. Don't- stay too long here. become lighter nad lighter. u are too heavy of this world. it won't end well for u.
Many haev Alzheimers and mental problems. Why? because of heaviness of the world weighing in on them. same people other side of the ocean, much poorer, much more weaker, with much less, hard workers, yet so much happier. less world in them.
U have boss in your head. struggles in your head. children in yur head. mother and father in your head. u have failures, and losses, and lack of in your head. why U have filled filled your head and made a coocoon around u full of sadness and anger and heaviness. U have chosen to be sad. U HAVE CHOSEN my dear one.
When will it all end?
S: when U choose. all it takes is conscious awakening. make the effort
Is any of this real?
S: NO! nothing here is real. and U will ask the same Q's again and again.
i see so muh suffering Ma. It's too much for me. i want peace. i just want it all to end so it can be peacful. how do i just die and get peace?
S: watch the world over 100 years, do u see how it is born, reaches middle ages, old age and dies. u see anything that doesnot die, plant animal, bird, fish or human. no all perish in time, whether u are rich, super rich or pauper on street corner.
I have a job a ROLE to play. How do i play it as son, father, worker, colleague, husband. How do i play it knowing all will end without any worldly benefit or security ? how do i live it out, without pain?
S: u try. u keep trying different paths. then u see, this worldly ones are not working out. they always lead to pain. can i change the play around. No you cannot. u play within the drama, of the ROLE you that was available to you for your benefit.
what about successes, failures, wins losses, how do i deal with that aspect of worldly life.
what comes with the ROLE u accept. what doesnot come witthe ROLE u donot take. it was not meant for you. your ROLE dictates what u must get, what u must lose, how and when failure will comes, so to with success. u just watch and accept that it is NOT you that is winnig or losing. better than or less than. the ROLES are WINNING or LOSING. the ROLES are BETTER THAN, or LESS THAN. Just the ROLES. NOT YOU. U cannot touch the world or feel the world without the body. it is your stick throu which u reach out and touch the world.
Einstein was the ROLE I created, but the one in Einstein was ME. playing the foolish professor.
u cannot have the world. it was not meant for u. u can grab as much as u need or want in this world, but what happens after 100 years, it remains here, passed along, burn, dissolved. who is carrying the diamonds and gold along. U? U think u can help your mather or father across. NO. they came to play these roles and learn their lessons. donot rob them of the oppotunity to enjoy their roles, to have fun, to feel the body aches and sufferiing of that ROLE. Let them play their ROLES, and experience what they chose to experience for this short 100 years which seeems like inifinity when down here, doesn;t it.
what am i then?
U are the "soul" old soul being, awareness, bliss. wearing a ROLE-ROBE in this life. likely to wear another in the next and the next births
there is no other, jus Me playing diff roles.
how do become happy with the role i have, n stopping looking at other ROLES?
S: ucan get those roles in next birth. u can get any role in next 1000000's births. but this birth is what u chose. it was correct 4 u now. play this one. enjoy this one. love this one. play it with no sadness, or heaviness, or attachment or ego that u are this or that lower or higher than.
