Working for Karlie, I realized the day I unexpectedly met her while on my closing shift at her previous business aka Merci before the pandemic and she's such a wonderful and nice person. I remember watching her on L&HH and I've always seen her being taken advantage of or have people being mean to her it breaks me sad now sometimes seeing it because I was lucky enough to at least her once and see how caring she is. I naturally have a sad face and she came in the store to check in on things but while doing so, she asked if I was okay, and I froze for a moment and said "Oh- yes I'm okay! I just have sad face sometimes." She literally stayed with me because it was close to closing and I was a senior in HS so, my mom was coming to pick me up and as I was about to leave, Karlie offered me a walk to my mom and so she made sure I was safe, and my mom also got to meet her. Ever since then my mom has always appreciated her and so have I. She's a really sweet and great person inside and out ❤
