the ecg question on best treatment, why do you say paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia nit simply supraventircular tachycardia since the rhtym is the same. consistent absence of a P waves and narrow qrs complex. there is no intervening normal qrs complex with preceeding P wave to qualify it as PSVT
