Finally, the first Filipino step wedge test video! This is VERY helpful sir!
Thankful that i found this channel, you make things real "Easy" without making it too complicated unlike other channels out there, which also leads us to buying their expensive tutorials. Thank you for sharing your easy hacks. Keep it up and may you be blessed with lot of projects!
i know I am kinda randomly asking but does anyone know a good place to stream newly released tv shows online?
After a week of youtube research, I finally found your channel. Salamat idol.
:)
Thanks again sir easy...your videos are very helpful po para sa amin na may hilig din sa pagscreen print...again sir easy...big thanks & God bless po...
Salamat and God bless you Too....:)
While starting the screen printing for very first time, i find the best platform to learn 😊 Thanks buddy
You're welcome!
Thankyou sir for sharing this with us.this is really helpful!! No skipping ads as repay haha!!!
Thanks....:)
I always enjoy and when I “watch and learn” from your info.
Thanks!
Step by step talaga idol. Thanks for sharing the knowledge. Great help.
Thanks....:)
Your video tutorials are the best, thank from Myanmar!
Thank You!
Very good video. I have done today this experiment with 30 W Havell LED light which I bought from a local store at INR 425.00. Exposing the screen for 2, 4, 6 & 8 minutes gives very good result. I use SONAKOTE & Bichromate sensitizer. 2 pouches of sensitizer (each 3.5 gms.) should me mixed thoroughly with 100 ml water. Take SONAKOTE according to your requirement and mix the diluted sensitizer thoroughly. Leave the imulsion in a coll dark place at about 1 hour to get rid of the bubbles. Coat uniformly on both side of the screen and make the screen dried in a dark chamber. As to the proportion of SONAKOTE & sensitizer it requires some experiment though one teaspoonful of sensitizer is enough for 50 ml. SONAKOTE. Thanks.
I'm glad that you got it!!!!
Thanks for Watching.....
After a long time I am watching your video again. Love them.
Thank you!
Brilliant idea. I was wondering how I was going to determine my exposure times. Now I know! Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
fantastic video very helpful. Thank you
sir I followed your method using the emulsion ER and I got 6min din po at 4min for halftone. laking tulong ng video nyo po.thanks a lot
You're welcome and goodluck!
Salamat po dito galing Pinoy!
Wow thanks a lot i learned all screen printing in your channel
And also I'll try my LED experiment tomorrow
Good luck!
@@EasyVideos salute sir... the best ka talaga. tanong kolang sir, may fb po ba kayo?
Meron po kaya lang walang Content yung Fb ko :) , facebook.com/Simple-Art-Rocks-549108202087332/
wow, this tuts i'd been looking for. This can determine exposure time whatever wattage, distance of light or brand of emulsion you used. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
this is SO helpful! thank you
You're so welcome!
I am planning to start my own screen printing as a hobby your videos are so helpful. Love from nepal!
Best of luck!
Thank you Sir. A very nice experiment to determine the right exposure time. You really take great efforts to teach us these simple & basic tutorials. I think that the slightly uncleared numbers from 14 to 24 due to overexposure will give a cracked & rugged kind of print detail. Personally I prefer this cracked print designs more than the fine detailed ones. Again thank you Sir. I have subscribed your channel.
Many thanks
You have a new fan and follow. Thanks for the great video.
Awesome, thank you!
Love your work ❤
Thanks...
Best video. Salamat po
Salamat! :)
You are a genius bro. Thanks.

Sir tnx po... Based on ur tutorial, i figured out ilang minutes dpt nkaexpose kht na iba ung watts n gmit ko. . God bless po

Thank u very much ..nice method n idea
Thanks for liking
For fast and best exposure take of plastic protector from lamp. Because plastic can stop uv light..
Nice video thank you 👍👍🇩🇿🇩🇿
Thanks for sharing
SALAMAT SIR!
Your video is great! very easy to follow. I have great result using your method combine with sunlight. I wanted to try LED light, so I went out to buy a similar strength LED light, the one I got is a 27W, 1500 lumens LED flat lens ceiling spotlight. I didn't buy a bulb with a separate light base. After 13 minutes of exposing from 20'' away... nothing happens. I can't see the white mark on the screen when I lift away the film to check... Can you tell me what was wrong?
Maybe you need to Expose it More...Sometimes Different Brand of Photo Emulsions have different Exposing Time.....
I am sure you have solved your problem by now, but make sure the LED has a full spectrum or "daylight". Some bulbs exclude some of the wavelengths and don't have enough UV.
Good luck....:)
Many many thanks Sir.... Many doubts are clear this video. Plz help how to clean screen.
Ok. Thanks
Thanks a lot

Great tutorial! But I would like to know if this an ordinary 30 watts energy saving led light that we use in lighting up our homes or UV light.
Yes, you can use that.
Helpfull soo much thankyou thankyou sir.
Thanks for Watching......
In my country use oil and paper too for making film screen. Are you use black paper you print it to cover the screen expose
Yes I use Black Board to Cover the Numbers so that Light Cannot Penetrate the Black Board....
Thanks...Cool and easy!!! Do you use white led or ultraviolet led?
White LED....
@@EasyVideos gracias amigo!!!
Thank you for all the info. What mesh/fabric do you use for your frames please
I used 100 mesh screens...
This video helps me allot thanks
Glad to hear it!
Thank you sir!
You are welcome!
Hi, thank you so much for the video, this is really really helpful. I am confused about the lighting you are using. After the first dry you take it to do another coat with the light on is it right? Does it not expose the screen to that light?
Not really...but it doesn't have to be that dark while you are coating the screen...
Hello! I'm brazilian. Why your emulsion is yellow, and what is the orange liquid that you pass after the development?
There are different colors of photo emulsion when mixed with sensitizer, the orange liquid I applied on screen stencil is hardener, it will make the screen stencil durable....although there photo emulsion that don't need a hardener...
Hi when you apply the emulsion do the room have to be dark
It doesn't have to be that dark...dim area is ok...
what is the difference between green and yellow emulsion? does the 2 year old emulsion work properly?
The difference is just the color, maybe it's just the brand. I will not suggest a 2 year old Photo Emulsion, it might be expired already.
Which color is on the school dress T-shirt and by what name is it known?
what if we have a logo design or a single design like face..? in general how many minutes to expose a single design?
Base on that experiment 6 minutes....
Good experiment
Thanks....
Hehe now we have ideas... 2mins. Is enough
Very helpful. Gaano katagal ang exposure time nya? Salamat po sir in advance. Mabuhay kayo!🙂
Salamat po sir Easy in advance.
Hey bro first I appreciate all this tutorials you are helping us with...I have been trying to screen print and for my exposure unit I use a 200w led light and been exposing my screens for 4 minutes...I am yet to have a successful print. Some paint passes through the screen and destroys everything...where am I going wrong?
It seems that your Screen stencil easily break during printing, these are some possible reason- 1.) maybe you need to expose you're screen to led light some more, maybe 5 or 6 minutes. 2.) Maybe you need to apply hardener on you're screen stencil and 3.) Maybe its the brand of Photo Emulsion.
Thanks for this sir! It helped me a lot! Do you have any idea exposure times and techniques for cmyk?
Using the same LED i used in this Video 5 minutes will be ok...
supposing i don't have a blower or electric fan , how long should one let the photo emulsion to dry bfo applying another coat on the screen?
If you Notice that the the Photo Emulsion is Dry you can apply second coating Right-away...it's easy to identify if the Photo emulsion is already dry....
@@EasyVideos thank you sir
Sir can i use butter paper in epson inkjet printer
If you can print on Butter Paper you can also use it....
This is awesome! I wonder will it work if I use LED light strips?
I think it will work too...good luck...:)
are u taking a printout using normal paper oly.
Yes normal bond paper...
Hello I have a question every time I expose 2,4,6,8,10 minutes all ways wash off everything. Why ? My light source it’s two lamps. 25 watts each so it’s 50 w. I ready change two different emolutions
Are you using LED? maybe you need to expose it more than 10 minutes, since we're using different LIGHT SOURCE, Exposure Time also varies....
Easy I’m using uv light it’s like blue
why do you not use sensitized emulsion?
You can also use that if that's the available photo emulsion..
Witch positive paper are you using
Ordinary bond paper, A4, short or long size paper...
Hello Sir Easy, kindly explain what you mean by halftone , regular designs and fine detail
fine Detail....ruclips.net/video/T1oZS7ykP-0/видео.html
i have a 250W bulb with a 18x22 screen using diazo emulsion.. i have the word “SEX” above a image of a girl.. the girl only has her highlights (whites) being printed. what would u suggest height wise and time wise for exposure
Nice design by the way...I think you have to experiment to determine the right Exposure Time...I'm not familiar with other brands of photo emulsion...just to make sure....thaks for visiting...:)
Am using blue emulsion with red and blue paint but the printing is not coming out what colour of paint should I use?
The Design on the screen stencil did not wash-off during washing that's why there's no opening for the paint to pass through....
@@EasyVideos do u have any video on universal classic heat transfer paper using iron
Great video. But If using 50 Watt i think should to decrease the time by 2 minute not increase because to more powerful light source..
By the way im using pre- mix emultion the blue color one..using 50 watt LED 18 inch distance and expose for 8 minute.
Ok....you have to experiment to get the Right Exposure Time....
Is Photo hardener compulsory ???
Thanks for this Video. Very informative. Now atleast i have an idea about photo emulsion and the exposure time.
Thanks for watching my videos....
What stand are you using? Thank you for this video.
...
How much the emulution take to dry
And exposing time of under sun light
After coating the Screen with Photo Emulsion let it dry in a DIM area, you can use electric Fan to dry it....then if you will Expose it to SUNLIGHT be sure not Over-Exposed it...10 SECONDS is enough....
Thank you sir you are genius. Sir i have 16 wats led light so what tine i should take. Because my emulsion always hard
You have to experiment to determine the right Exposure time......
How do u determine 4 to 6mns for fine détails and halftone. And 6 to 10 mns for regular ? Please
I based it on the Experiment I conducted on the featured Video...you can determine the Right Exposure Time during WASHING of the EXPOSED Screen Stencil....MINUTES were REPRESENTED by NUMBERS, when I WASHED the SCREEN 4-6 Washout Easily and therefore I Concluded that 4-6 minutes is best to use in EXPOSING Fine or HALFTONE IMAGES.....I conducted the Experiment because this is the FIRST Time that I will use this kind of LED Light, and I want to Determine the Right Exposure Time for this kind of LED....

Which photo emulsion do u use...
I usually used TULCO (local) photo Emulsion.
Had to like to even it out to 700. I just started getting into screen prints. Have a hard time getting the cure right on the emulsion itself. Seems to want to wash off screen. Is there a trick to getting it to dry harder?
Sometimes you just have to do it more (Photo Emulsion Developing) to figure things out....thanks for the visit...
Do you put second time emulsion on same side of the screen? Thanks
Yes...
What difference does it have on paper and transparent sheet for exposure time.
The same exposure time...paper is Cheaper and always available that's why I'm recommending it for beginners...

sir,, what about 20wats LED light??
You can do the same Experiment with the 20Watts LED to determine the right Exposure Time........
I kilo ng Local Photo is around P200 pesos, I liter sensitizer is Less that P200, mga 40 to 50 screens na ang magagawang ng I Kilo Photo emulsion depende sa laki ang Screen Frame...
@@EasyVideos hind po yun sir easy. Ang tanong ko po is kapag may halong sensitizer na yung emulsion...., ilang araw na lang po ang shelf life nila.?? Mga 1 week po ba?
sir pwd ba pang burn yung uv light bulb 40w yung ilaw nya parang violet
why you cover the nembers after 2min?
I'm doing an experiment about exposing the design to determine what is the perfect exposing time....I'm covering the numbers by 2 minute increments which also means that the number represents the minutes it was exposed to the LED LIGHT.......
