None of my family are remotely Islamic, but we spent so much time in the Middle East growing up that "Inshallah" and "Mashallah" entered our vocabulary. Sometimes it's just the most fitting expression!
I'm jewish. But I'm a YPG veteran as well. I use Inshallah any time I swear that as long as G-d doesn't physically prevent me from acting, I will act. I do this because the phrase is arabic, and used by christians, muslims, and jews alike in the middle east. But it was introduced to me by arab volunteers in YPG (specofically QSD soldiers). I further say it in solidarity with our brothers in Palestine. Inshallah is not something a zionist will often say, despite it being religion neutral. Inshallah, I will carry "Inshallah" with me to my grave. It is the easiest way I know to pay respect to my fallen comrades, while keeping G-d a regular and purposeful part of my daily speech.

This video was good on defining the meaning and vernacular usage. But I wish there was more time spent on the pronunciations. I ended up having to set the play-back speed to 25% and play it over many times to understand the finer aspects of the proper pronunciation.
