Thanks so much for this! I just recently decided to start wearing wigs as a way to help me feel more presentable with less overall effort while I'm recovering from cancer treatment and am just fatigued ALL the TIME. A couple weeks ago, I did a bunch of shopping around and finally ordered a long synthetic one with bangs and natural auburn gradient waves. When it came last week, I was so happy that it looks absolutely beautiful, but I've just let it sit since then because I'm too nervous to trim the bangs which are (like the ones in your video) just too long to wear as-is. I'm gonna watch this like 10 more times and then probably actually go try it for myself. So thank you, in advance, for helping me be able to feel better about how I look, without having to completely exhaust myself in the process!
I couldn't find a Haircube wig I wanted, so I bought a different brand. I'm hoping it's as good as Haircube. I watched one of your other video's and had to watch this one as well because I will have to cut the bangs on the one I just bought. Thanks for showing me how to cut the bangs on a wig. You look amazing!!!!
It's such a nuisance having to always cut the bangs, but I find they're just too fussy the way they come. I hope your bangs turn out just right! And thank you!
Thank you so much for showing us on how to do the cutting of the bangs and you have been helpful. I love Haircube wigs also I have some from them too ❤️❤️
I bought it from Amazon! The link is in the video description. I know Hair Cube now has their own site too though, so it might be available there as well!
Do you recommend a heated styler please? The wig looks great and you are just becoming even more beautiful inside and out xx much love from wig sister in UK 🇬🇧 10/10 🥰🐶💐👏🏻🙌💯 PS Haircube is such a well liked brand and amazing on a crazy low budget xx
I don't have any specific recommendations as far as brand goes. I just pick up whatever! Haha I like to have a few sizes of curling iron, one curling wand, one flat iron, and a hot comb at any given time.
@@porcelainplutonian thank you xx I have never worn a human hair wig only synthetics but it amuses me that I get so many compliments on my “hair” lol 😆 I do want to get a steamer and the other tools as I’ve seen amazing synthetic wig transformations on RUclips xx thanks again xx
I have alopecia and wear wigs - usually synthetic wigs due to the cost. All wigs with a fringe (usually) come with bangs that are too long for everybody so they can be trimmed. I learned years ago to always go with heat-resistant wigs whenever possible when going with a synthetic wig. To be fair, I’m lazy af and rarely ever take the time to style mine once I have it where I like them between washes. I also highly recommend NOT regularly using styling products on wigs of any type…but if you ARE going to, take the time to research & purchase styling products MADE for synthetic wigs. (Some regular hair styling products can irreparably damage synthetic wigs). Always appreciate tips for cutting/styling/working with wigs; thank you SO much for these hints. ☮️💟 Edit: also, using a really sharp pair of pointed regular or even craft scissors (*no*t $$$ actual hair cutting) scissors is probably your best bet. As most of us (who don’t work with hair for a living), are becoming aware, actual hair scissors can be extremely costly and will quickly dull and even be permanently damaged by synthetic fibres.
Thankfully, they're quite nice with a bit of tweaking! But the trimming and styling can be a bit fussy. I hope your trim goes smoothly and they turn out looking amazing!
Hi Kiddo, my wig arrived today and the bangs are too long and not wide enough. I've watched this video 4 times today at work so I can go home and cut the bangs on my new wig. I sure hope I can do as good a job as you did in this video. The wig I ended up purchasing off Amazon is called Esmee Wigs. It's the same style as you have on in this video, and it has a nice part that looks real. See, I pay attention to your video's :) I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks again.

Very helpful, that wig looks gorgeous!
What a pretty girl you are, and this tutorial was very well done!
Thank you! Cutting bangs tends to be a clumsy procedure for me, but I tried my best! haha

I'm curious I'm new to wigs and wearing shoulder length but notice that the hair separates any suggestions. It's a Paula Young wig

Thank you. I just bought 2 Haircube wigs and I also found the bangs are too narrow and definitely need trimmed

That really is one major problem with a lot of these bangs: just not wide enough! Have you made the trim yet?
You did a good job, too perfect would be too fake!
ur gages!!!! beautiful
Thank you!
Lovely ✿。゚🌸。*。❀゚*🌸。💐
Too short! Darn it...oh well.
They look too short now:-(
That depends on who you ask! They might be too short for your taste, but perfect for mine. ;)
