Fun fact: There are two studios collaborating in this anime, Production IG with the main animation (Psycho Pass, Kuroko no basket, Haikyuu, Tengoku Daimakyo), and Studio Khara, with the design and animation of the kaijus (This studio worked on the design and animation of the angels in Evangelion movies, which they did also the animation production)

I have been waiting almost 2 years for this to come. It really does get better, there will be a scene in episode 2 that's iconic in the manga, and now here, when it comes. Can't wait, it's finally here. :D

This is the first anime/show ever to have it's episodes also streamed on X/Twitter. Also the first anime to have famous American artists for it's op and ed. One Republic is doing the ending, the song at the end of this episode. We will have both next week with visuals. Making history over here.

Yo mikey, we sure are watching the best anime series this year I tell you. I would like to recommend "The New Gate" anime which came out the same time with Kaiju No. 8 if you have time. I have been reading the manga on both anime in years and the anime finally came out at the same time, it feels like this will be a good ride while watching with everyone in the community.
